  腐乳空心菜 Mix 3pcs of 腐乳 in a bowl. Heat wok. Add in oil, & garlic. Add in kangkung. Add in the 腐乳 &water. Give it a taste. Ready to serve.

  腐乳蒸鸡肉 腐乳蒸五花肉 把半条三层五花肉以小火blanch 5分钟。 在一个大碗中加入4片腐乳,胡椒粉,酱青(1汤匙),少许白糖(1茶匙),暑粉(半汤匙),盐(可以不用加)。 将蒜米,红葱子&姜煎香加入碗中,另外倒入切成片的五花肉还有辣椒。 将全部的材料搅一搅,再放入冰箱腌制2小时。 蒸20-25分钟,大火,中火。

  Japanese curry -minced beef Japanese curry-chicken Curry udon  Curry beef udon Sample Beef curry udon Heat wok, add oil & minced garlic.  Add in minced beef &diced carrot (+diced potato if any).  Add in water &wait for the meat to be cooked. Add in 3 cubes of japanese curry cubes. Taste it. Add in 1 packet of udon mee. Lastly add an egg. Ready to serve.

Burying of placenta

  Cleaning my placenta From my daughter Emily to Kathleen, both their placenta are burried at our backyard. Emily's placenta is burried at my mother's house at Muara Tabuan, while Kathleen's placenta is burried at our current house at Kota Samarahan. 9 years ago, my mother burried Emily's placenta wrapped well at the backyard. 9 years later, my husband burried Kathleen's placenta which is cleaned and kept in a container.
