Mushroom chicken

I refer my original receipy from this web page  http://www.errenskitchen.com/chicken-chinese-mushrooms/ Marinate the chicken with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce& pepper . Heat up the frying pan with oil . Add in garlic &ginger &mushroom and stir fry. Add in the marinated chicken. Add in water and bring to boil for a few minutes until the chicken is cooked.  

炒冬粉

把香菇以热水浸致软再切成条状后切小。 煮一锅的热水把 冬粉 烫至软。 倒入油, 加入 猪肉 及一点水确保猪肉是煮至熟。把猪肉隔放一边。 再次加入 油 ,加入 蒜头,香菇,萝卜丝,chinese leek ,猪肉,冬粉及 鸡蛋 。 炒至熟。 可以起锅。 可以加入腊肠,变成腊肠炒冬粉!

Soya bean milk

Get ready the blender, soak 500g washed 黄豆 until it turns soft for about 4-5 hours, and a cloth bag (made by my mum). After blended it looks like this. Pour the blended 黄豆 into the bag within a pot. Add in cold and hot water. (p/s not too hot as you will need to squeeze it hard with both hands). Squeeze out the soy bean milk. Add in 5-6 tablespoon of sugar and bring to boil for 5 minutes. Ready to serve either hot or cold. Home made soy bean is full of protein, good for pregnant woman and can be consumed daily or weekly. I personally suggest that you make 500g weekly if you like and consumed within 3days. Black soy bean is the same of making process, please soak the beans overnight or approximately long hours!!!!

Steamed Tofu &pork

Marinate the minced pork with Maggie osyter sauce. Add in fried garlic &shallots together with dark &light soy sauce with little bit of salt. Put on top of the tofu. Steam for 15 minutes.

Steamed fish with salted soya beans

Marinate the fish with salt and 酸吉汁2粒。Heat up the frying pan. Add in garlic, shallots and ginger. Put on top of the fish as well as the taucu masin and steam for 15 minutes.

鸡蛋炒chinese leek

chinese leek2 枝 蛋2 粒 Add in light soy sauce and salt in the chinese leek. Heat up the frying pan. Add in garlic and the leek. Stir fry for until the leek turns soft. Add in the eggs.

Petola

Heat up the frying pan with oil. Add in 江鱼仔&garlic. Put in the petola, meat marinated with oyster sauce&little bit of kicap cair. After cooked serve it in a bowl.

'Sai piang' juice

Cut sai piang into half and little pieces. Add in 1 piece of rock sugar into a cup of hot water. Cover it with a plate before drinking it later. 喝凉好。

Steamed fish with mushroom &salted vegetables

Marinate the fish with a little bit of salt and 酸吉汁. Heat up the frying pan with oil. Add in garlic, shallots, ginger, cili padi, mushroom &salted vegetables. Put the fried ingredient on top of the fish. Steam for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.

Sambal Belacan

I got the idea of sambal belacan from sambal terung & a free edition of Kino magazine. Blend garlic, shallots, belacan, onions, cili padi together. Fry in hot oil and add in lime juice. Serve with meat or vegetables.

How to clean fruits and vegetables?

Put on a few drops of fruits cleanser. Wait for 5 minutes before clean the fruits with water.

1 way to eat bread with Nutella.

Pineapple fish

My mum got this receipy from a teacher, her teaching colleague in primary school years ago. First, cut up a pineapple. Marinate the fish with a pinch of salt and 酸吉汁2粒。 Heat up the frying pan with appropriate amount of oil. Add in garlic, shallots, ginger, pineapple, cili padi and kicap cair. Add some sugar if you like. Put on top of the fish and steam for 15 minutes.

Milo Pudding

I got this receipy from http://plushyblackstar.blogspot.my/2011/07/milo-pudding-easy-as-abc.html 1 cup of milo powder 1 cup of fresh milk 1/2 cup of sugar 2-4 eggs a few drops of vanilla essence Set up a steamer. Blend in milo, milk, sugar and vanilla essence. Beat the eggs with some milk. Combine all the mixture in a bowl. Strain the mixture. Cover the dish with aluminium foil and steam for 20-30 minutes. 

自制的百家被-15号

这件百家被是我自己缝制的尤其那些小小的格子。因为我只会缝制百家被不懂用缝纫车所以车边的工作就交给我的妈妈来做。一共只缝制了2个月的时间。 那么你认为我缝制的是什么?本来是乱缝的,自己也没有想到会凑成一个图案。15号是dedicate给我的老公,不是IS恐怖分子,是15号。假如,Skycraper condominium, 17th floor. 15号中其实是一个接近Ace形状Armour来的,就是西方人古时打战用的,不过大人会略嫌小。围绕着的是普遍的花朵形状带有额外的格子,久了感觉像发生暴乱或rusuhan时,土著手中那种自制的利器(间中的bear bear小格子是含有较多bear bear的图案,在外的此bear bear布料也没有这样选择,利器中间的bear bear是完整的bear bear, 全部的图案都是特意选过的),可以丢远远再收回来的暗器那类型,或握在手中乱舞一番尤其握住把柄那样,把全部缝接起来。离15号越远的或接近的,颜色属于暗色或黑色,或深紫色,好像从前年代的百家被,以布碎制成的,什么布及颜色都有,但,黑色给人一种即毒心又黑心的感觉。被子上端的中间及下端的中间,均有特别多bear bear聚在一起,伴有一些浅蓝色肚达的布料,在四个角都有(感觉像撬墙角的意思),哈,没意思,原因不明。 缝线手法,格子是以单线缝制的,而连接起来的则是双线。 Gelang kaki   其实是小孩子的被,因为size中等,适合2-3岁以上盖,是由2片特别制被的温暖布料缝制而成的。另加2粒中等的ling long bell,吊在婴儿床避邪,摇它会响。本来买了crystal亮片要缝制S字型的,但后来等被制成后并没有那么做。搬家后,也没有心思及耐心那样做。 终于,完成了。把S for small size缝在右上角。猜中看似命中注定,大baby 3kg更棒。 V for Virgin.

Pandan drink

喝凉作用。我的老公昨天生病,热到,喉咙痛&发烧, 妈妈也是头晕生病。 7 pieces of pandan leaves A small pot of water Bring to boil a small pot of water together with pandan leaves. Boil for about 10-15minutes until the water turns green. Serve hot or cool.

Apam Susu &Milo

I got this receipy from this web. http://yatiememories.blogspot.my/search/label/Apam 2 cups of plain flour 1 teaspoon of baking powder 4 eggs 1 cup of castor sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence 1 tablespoon of ovellete 4 tablespoon of milkmaid 4 tablespoon of cooking oil 3 tablespoon of Milo powder Prepare your steamer make sure it is ready while we bake this stuff.  Mix plain flour and baking powder. Put aside. Blend in eggs, sugar, vanilla essence and ovellete with a mixer. Blend until it turns white and fluffy. Add in milkmaid and the flour.  Add in oil and lastly milo powder. Grease your pan with little bit of butter. Add in mixture. Steam for 1 hour. Once in a while insert a chopstick to test whether it is cooked yet. If the chopstick is clean it shows that it is cooked.  Leave it to cool. Serve at anytime.
