Papaya milk smoothie

  Blend bite sized papaya and milk in a blender and it's ready. Add some sugar or honey if you like. 

Mini waffle

How to make waffle?   Can be eaten with nutella, honey, butter, milk &peanut butter, even jam &ice-cream... Freeze it in the freezer for later. I use: 1 cup of plain flour 1 tsp of baking powder 2 tbsp sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1 egg 1/4 cups melted butter = 60g of butter 1 cup milk    In a mixing bowl, add in 1 cup of plain flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, 2 tbsp of sugar, 1/4 tsp of salt and mix well. In another bowl, break in 1 egg, 1/4 cup of melted butter and 1 cup of milk and mix until becoming a whole. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix well but don't over mix else the waffle turns too hard. Pour 1 cup of batter into a waffle maker or according to own adjustment and preferences. Make golden and crispy waffle with the batter.

Ham Omelette

  Tomato, grated cheese, egg x2.  Drizzle some olive oil on the frying pan. Add in slices of tomato and ham. Fry until slightly brown and fragrant. Add in whipped egg with salt and pepper and grated cheese. Pour the whipped egg mixture onto the tomato and ham. Wait for the omelette to be fully cook before removing it from the frying pan.

Tortilla wrap

  Egg x2(salt &pepper), grated cheese, tomato, ham slices x2, tortilla wrap Add in olive oil into a frying pan. Add in ham slices and diced tomato. Fry until fragrant. Add in a beaten egg together with salt and pepper and plenty of grated cheese inside. Pour the beated egg mixture into the fried ham and tomato. Wait for it to be fully cooked where the cheese melted. Grate more cheese on top of the 'omelette'. Place a tortilla wrap on top of the 'omelette'. Place the tortilla wrap on a plate and fold into halves. Place in microwave and heat for 1 minute for the newly grated cheese to melt. Ready to serve while hot.  

Egg toast

Egg x1 Grated cheese Bread Use a small bowl and press hard onto the surface of the bread. Place a whipped egg or whole egg into the middle of the bread. Grate plenty of cheese around the bread. Bake at 175 Celcius for about 10 minutes.

Tortilla wrap

Tomato Canned corn  Bacon Egg Cheese Tortilla wrap     Heat up the tortilla piece by piece in a frying pan. Drizzle some olive oil on the frying pan. Fry the bacon until slightly brown and cooked. Slice the tomato, grate the cheese, prepare the corn and fried the egg. Cut the wrap from the bottom till the middle. Place the ingredients accordingly. Fold the wrap. Heat the wrap inside the microwave for  minute for the cheese to melt.
