Deep fried beancurd sheet packs

Mushroom (Soak and chopped into small pieces) Shimeiji white mushroom Carrot (Dice) 腊肠 (Chopped into small pieces) 木耳   Stir fry all ingredient in a wok and add in seasoning of salt and pepper. Additionally sprinkle into the wok water for easier stir fry. Trim beancurd sheet just enough to wrap the ingredients.  Fold it nicely. Tie with a long and uncut spring onion. Deep fried in hot oil until golden brown. Lay each on a kitchen towel to remove excess oil. Sprinkle chopped spring onion on top. Ready to serve.

Agar-agar Sun Valley oren

Swallow brand agar-agar powder 10g (Orange color) 3 pieces of pandan leaves (tie in knot) 200g of sugar 1/2 bowl of sun valley oren 1 Litre of water Follow the instructions on the swallow brand agar-agar on directions. Cook a pot of tap water of 1 Liter with pandan leaves in low heat and dissolve 200g of sugar and agar-agar powder. Stir it.  Add in 1/2 a bowl of sun valley oren.  Add sugar and sun valley oren according to your sweetness preferences. Wait for it to boil. Pour it into the mould and leave it to cool. Place in the refrigerator until it gets stiff or overnight.

咸菜豆腐汤 (2)

咸菜 软豆腐(1/2片)-因为没有买到软豆腐,所以在菜市买了包装的软豆腐 番茄🍅1粒 水瓶酸梅1粒 大骨1条(砍半) 把咸菜以清水浸30分钟。后,把番茄切成4片,豆腐切成块状。 把大骨blanch, 或者以滚热水烫过。 煮一锅滚水。 把材料都加进去,再挤破一粒咸水梅。 以大火煮1小时。 加入少许盐为调味料。

Aloe vera juice

Receipy 1 How to prepare fresh aloe vera? Aloe vera ×3 Rock sugar Pandan leaves x2(tie in knot) Water 将去除皮(把芦荟旁的刺削掉,再以刀将表面的皮削掉掉致干净)的aloe vera切成小片状或者条状。如果使用越多条芦荟越多肉越好吃😋,口感更佳。 煮一锅水,加入pandan叶。Pandan叶不要煮太久,因为怕原本白色透明的芦荟水会变成青色。差不多就捞起来了。 同时将洗干净了的aloe vera倒入锅里再煮个25-30分钟。 在煮好之前的5分钟加入冰糖。试喝会甜即可。 冷热皆宜。 差点忘记放pandan叶了,所以在最后的时候放了。

木薯与gula apong

木薯 (2条)RM2 Gula Apong RM1 把木薯洗净后以刀往中间轻轻的切,然后将它的皮剥开后洗净。 煮1锅水,滚烫后把木薯倒入。 加入少许的盐。 待木薯熟后,可以用叉子或者筷子插进后,就可以捞起来了。 再配以Gula Apong吃更甜。

四大天王

Brinjil x1 Ladies finger x2 French bean x3/4 Corn x1packet Minced pork (marinated in oyster sauce) Heat wok. Add in vegetable oil. Heat the oil. Add in brinjil (chopped in 斜状) and fried until golden brown. Add in oil and garlic and of course the other ingredients including minced pork. Add in salt, light soy sauce and pepper. Sprinkle water from time to time and fried until the vegetables are cooked.

Spicy razor clams

Receipy 1 Receipy 2 Razor clams (1/2kg) Garlic Bird eyed chilli x3 Ginger Chilli x1 Spring onions Wash razor clams in water and rinse off the sand and dirt. Heat wok. Pour in vegetable oil and heat it. Add in garlic, then bird eyed chilli and fry until fragrant. Add in ginger. Add in razor clams. Add in salt, pepper, light soy sauce, some dark soy sauce and water. Lastly, add in chilli and spring onions.  Fried until the razor clams are cooked. It is needless to fry for a very long time.

日本豆腐

日本豆腐 2条 肉碎(以蚝油腌制) 将日本豆腐切半,然后把豆腐倒出来,然后切成1小片圆形状。 热锅子,倒入适量的菜油。 把豆腐煎致金黄色。起锅,放在kitchen towel(纸巾)上待油沥干。 热锅子,倒入菜油。待油热后,加入切碎的蒜米。 把肉碎加入,再加水。待肉熟后, 把煎好的豆腐加进去,再加些水与盐,酱青再盛盘。
