Mushroom (Soak and chopped into small pieces) Shimeiji white mushroom Carrot (Dice) 腊肠 (Chopped into small pieces) 木耳 Stir fry all ingredient in a wok and add in seasoning of salt and pepper. Additionally sprinkle into the wok water for easier stir fry. Trim beancurd sheet just enough to wrap the ingredients. Fold it nicely. Tie with a long and uncut spring onion. Deep fried in hot oil until golden brown. Lay each on a kitchen towel to remove excess oil. Sprinkle chopped spring onion on top. Ready to serve.
