猪腰

  热锅,加入蒜米与姜。 倒入猪腰,加些水。 煮熟了即可起锅。

宫保鸡丁

  Use a boneless chicken thigh and dice it. Marinate the chicken with kicap pekat, kicap, kicap cair, 1/2 tbsp of tapioca starch, pepper, oyster sauce and salt. Remove seeds from dried chilli by cutting it into halves and soak in hot water for 15 minutes. Rinse the seeds away with water repeatedly. Heat wok, add in oil. Add in garlic, ginger and dried chilli. Add in chicken and fry it. Add in water and cook the chicken. Add in water the 2nd time when the water dries up. Add in 1/2 tbsp of sugar. When the water dries up, add in 3 tbsp of black vinegar. Add in green onions.
