  Cleaning my placenta From my daughter Emily to Kathleen, both their placenta are burried at our backyard. Emily's placenta is burried at my mother's house at Muara Tabuan, while Kathleen's placenta is burried at our current house at Kota Samarahan. 9 years ago, my mother burried Emily's placenta wrapped well at the backyard. 9 years later, my husband burried Kathleen's placenta which is cleaned and kept in a container.

Also amendment for RM1000 given by the government bank Islam form, should be me Grace Chai Kiao Siang be the pemohon & my mother's name Kew Moi Jin. 我坐月子从6／4／23 - 6／5／23 （30天）。我在Kuching Specialist Hospital (Kpj) 由Dr. Chen Kien Nam操刀，剖腹产平安生下女儿，母女平安。生产时，因为是第二胎，因第一胎剖腹产导致子宫粘着肚皮，虽然baby是在10.02am出生，可是手术后的缝合伤口医生花了比较久的时间，因此手术进行大概从9.30am到11.15am。总之，手术很顺利，只是医生说不容易做。而且，因为子宫较厚，所以胎儿出来的时候，医生说慢了30秒，还被脐带缠住baby的neck，所以一出生没有哭，急救后哭声也很小，因此送进special care病房放氧气。所幸第二天，我们母女都可以出院了。总共在Kpj花了8千多块。 怀胎10月，一直都有吃Schizophrenia药物。 Baby in special care ward in Kpj. 第二胎，是gift of god, blessing from god!想不到努力造人（第二胎）6年，因老公和我在有了第一胎后突然不育症，除了4次的ICSI和中药花了接近5万块都不成功,  却只有Liana's Medical Hall (Sibu)才真正帮得到我成功并且很快的怀第二胎，而且不用花几十千，只需1千多块即可。 7天的Baby Kathleen &姐姐Emily。 坐月期间，都是老公在照顾我，简单的煮煮，洗洗，做家务，帮忙照顾baby等等。 老公在洗碗 6／4／23 - 12／4／23，早前买了Liana's Medical Hall的排除恶露的中药和药丸，剖腹产，中药就煮水鸭。妈妈帮我买了1只水鸭RM60，分成7包，煮了7天的药材汤。煲了1小时大火，半小时小火。一锅水煮成2碗汤，午餐1碗，晚餐1碗。 每天1锅红枣水/干龙眼水/红枣干龙眼水。把红枣切半，加入滚水中，再煮一阵子便可熄火。淡淡也很有效，不用放很多料。干龙眼的话则要煮到龙眼膨胀起来。 红枣干龙眼茶 我产后第3天，就用tai pung po（tai pung po水煮，不可以加水就冲了）抹身了。产后第5天，就冲凉了（冲打碎了的姜+热水）。买了10把tai pung po，3天冲1次。 至于洗头发的话，产后1星期开始用姜水洗头，每个星期洗头1次。洗完头用吹风筒把头发吹干。 一大锅的Tai pung po 洗澡水 热姜...
