Cheese Omelette 3 eggs for 1 portion · 3 eggs · Half diced tomato · Green onions · Chilli flakes, salt (1/8 tsp), black pepper · Butter · Grated cheese Beat up 3 eggs, add in diced tomato, green onions, chilli flakes, salt &black pepper. Add in butter in a frying pan. Add in the egg mixture. Turn the stove to low heat. Cover the frying pan. When the egg is cooked, add in grated cheese. Fold the omelette. Add in another slice of butter if you want. Then, cover the frying pan. Ready to serve.
