Tomato, grated cheese, egg x2.
- Drizzle some olive oil on the frying pan.
- Add in slices of tomato and ham.
- Fry until slightly brown and fragrant.
- Add in whipped egg with salt and pepper and grated cheese.
- Pour the whipped egg mixture onto the tomato and ham.
- Wait for the omelette to be fully cook before removing it from the frying pan.
