- Curry pep RM1
- Brinjil x1
- Ladies finger x5
- Tomato x1
- Long bean x4
- Coconut milk RM2
p/s Can add in tau hu pok which are chopped into halves, potato and so on.
- Heat wok. Add in more oil, then add in curry pep.
- Add in coconut milk and some water.
- Add in tomato, long bean and brinjil.
- Lastly add in ladies finger.
- Add in sugar and salt.
- Add in bird eyed chilli and chopped chilli.
- Cook until the vegetables are fully cooked.
