| 3 eggs for 1 portion |
· 3 eggs
· Half diced tomato
· Green onions
· Chilli flakes, salt (1/8 tsp), black pepper
· Butter
· Grated cheese
- Beat up 3 eggs, add in diced tomato, green onions, chilli flakes, salt &black pepper.
- Add in butter in a frying pan.
- Add in the egg mixture. Turn the stove to low heat. Cover the frying pan.
- When the egg is cooked, add in grated cheese.
- Fold the omelette. Add in another slice of butter if you want. Then, cover the frying pan.
- Ready to serve.
