Infertile refers to a women are not being able to get pregnant naturally, or unable to carry a pregnancy to a full term.

If a couple having unprotected sexual intercourse for a year and yet to have baby, then maybe they should see a doctor.

I am pregnant by normal fertility process after about 4 months of trying to conceived for my first pregnancy. 

Do not expose privacy of others especially in infertility issue especially in a conversation, documentation related, learned from the mouth of others and social network. It is invasion of privacy.

Did Jesus answer your prayers intended to conceived? Merciless Jesus says for one who are able to conceived, whom kneel down during the divine mercy hour, should not bear fruit in her womb again. It is more likely to kill for his mother's insanity, 'Mother Mary', thus involving in swindles behavior which benefits 'Mother Mary' or other third party more likely person of the same sex despite of you, intended to supplant and bully you on purpose. Maybe there are times where childless couple rather died penniless rather than giving out all of their property and inheritance upon death. This is a wrong attitude, for one should plan for their future, regardless of childless or being parents.

Abortion could cause infertility

Prejudice and bias (多方面的攻击) towards childless couple is a phenomena of social norm.
