- Wash razor clams in water and rinse off the sand and dirt.
- Heat wok. Pour in vegetable oil and heat it.
- Add in garlic, then bird eyed chilli and fry until fragrant.
- Add in ginger.
- Add in razor clams.
- Add in salt, pepper, light soy sauce, some dark soy sauce and water.
- Lastly, add in chilli and spring onions.
- Fried until the razor clams are cooked. It is needless to fry for a very long time.
