- Mushroom (Soak and chopped into small pieces)
- Shimeiji white mushroom
- Carrot (Dice)
- 腊肠 (Chopped into small pieces)
- 木耳
- Stir fry all ingredient in a wok and add in seasoning of salt and pepper. Additionally sprinkle into the wok water for easier stir fry.
- Trim beancurd sheet just enough to wrap the ingredients.
- Fold it nicely. Tie with a long and uncut spring onion.
- Deep fried in hot oil until golden brown.
- Lay each on a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
- Sprinkle chopped spring onion on top.
- Ready to serve.
