Minced pork (marinated in oyster sauce)
- Heat wok. Add in vegetable oil. Heat the oil.
- Add in brinjil (chopped in 斜状) and fried until golden brown.
- Add in oil and garlic and of course the other ingredients including minced pork.
- Add in salt, light soy sauce and pepper.
- Sprinkle water from time to time and fried until the vegetables are cooked.
