- 230g butter
- 85g castor sugar/ powder sugar
- 250g flour
- Mix softened butter and sugar until creamy and fluffy.
- Add in shifted flour in 2 badge.
- Mix with mixer until all ingredients are well combined.
- Use cling wrap to wrap the mixture and keep in freezer for 1 hour.
- Remove from freezer.
- Roll the dough with plastic cover and sprinkle flour on top.
- Before chop the cookie, dip the cookie cutter into the flour.
- Make cookies in assorted shapes.
- Preheated oven at 160 degree for 15-20 minutes.
- Bake it for 15-20 minutes at 160 degree.
- Flip the cookie with a spoon to check if it turns brown underneath.
- Leave it cool before keeping in Tupperware container.
