| 汤圆 that I make with my mum. |
Celebrating this occasion with my family including my mother during lunch. My husband is on year end clearing off leaves starting today. The soup of 汤圆 appear not so clear due to it is boiled from pandan leaves water. The color is too bright for I add too much drops of coloring, if lesser the better. First time adding coloring into my 'tang yuen'. I use it as profile picture in We chat.
My mum used to washed garlic, red onions, anchovies and all these item before cooking. I usually don't do that except for anchovies.
Today, our whole family bath with 'mat cho' bath. 冬至快乐!
