- Peel off all the durian flesh from it's fruit for about 2-3 small size durians with a spoon (Remove and scrap the flesh out of its seeds). Needless to use very good quality durian flesh for it will taste good after being cooked.
- Store half of the flesh in a container, add some salt and place it in the refrigerator.
- You can use about half the portion of the flesh for about a bowl, depending on how much you want to eat right away.
- Heat wok and add in oil.
- Add in the durian flesh, fry till lightly golden brown basically with low heat.
- Add in 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, not much salt just to taste or more depends on your preferences.
- Fry slightly until it is fragrant full of durian smell and looks golden brown.
- Warm it up again for next meal if you can't finished it.
