1/2 packet of mushroom bought at Stutong market.
Grated cheddar cheese
Brocolli
1 Red capsium
Olive oil
Salt & Black pepper

2 small carrots
1/2 packet of mushroom bought at Stutong market.
Grated cheddar cheese
Brocolli
1 Red capsium
Olive oil
Salt & Black pepper
- Chopped all the vegetables and fit into the aluminium tray covered with aluminium foil. Better if not overlapping the vegetables.
- Add grated cheese on the tomato top.
- Add salt and black pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil specially for roasting purpose.
- Bake at 170 celcius for 30 minutes. (Roast the tomato with cheese for 20 minutes and continue roasting the rest assorted vegetables.)
