- Heat the wok with oil, add in garlic.
- Pour the garlic and oil on top of spreaded cincalok of a few spoons in a plate.
- Beat an egg in it.
- Steam for 15 minutes.
I cook the same dish in the same way. But, my mother is either way of overcooked or too salty and etc. Often is less oil, sugar and salt, rarely add in Ajinomoto.
