| Like to fry an egg of this type for both sandwich and burger |

Eggs, mayonnaise, tomato, cucumber, ham (boiled or stir fried), cheese, maggie ketchup, planta, chilli sauce, pepper, bread.
- Cook the ham with planta/ boil it in a pot of hot water until cook. You can use sandwich ham or shoulder ham bought from Butcher Deli, Stutong.
- Fried an egg wholly cooked with egg yolk maintained unbreakable and watery with some planta with a small frying pan. If the eggs is too large or wide to be fit in the bread, you may chopped the side of the egg with the wooden frying thing and fold it into square size before fit in within the sandwich bread. Else, you may choose to fried an egg of the egg yolk not of too watery or unbreakable for it might leak out from your sandwich.
- Add in Maggie ketchup and pepper on top.
- Slice the cucumber and tomato.
- Toast the bread with level 3 heat (do not over toast until black) or heat it on frying pan with planta beneath.
- Arrange all of the ingredients neatly between 2 pieces of toasted bread spread with mixture of mayonnaise and chili sauce on both sides. You can add in extra mayonnaise spread on top of these ingredients for extra savory mayonnaise taste if you like.
- Add in salad if you like.
- As dressing, eat with baked beans or other fruits like apple, banana and etc.
