- Marinate the pork rib overnight with plum sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, pepper, tomato sauce, salt & sugar.
- The next day, take out the marinated pork rib from the fridge.
- Heat the frying wok with oil. Add in garlic and shallots. Add in the marinated pork ribs.
- Simmer for 30 minutes in low heat. In between, add in tomato sauce and plum sauce again.
