- Fry the toufu until it turns golden brown.
- Heat frying wok with oil. Add in salted fish, fry for a while.
- Mix the salted fish with the minced pork in a bowl.
- Heat the frying wok with oil again, add in the pork mixture.
- Fry until the pork is cook. Add in the toufu.
