400g of chicken
A packet of 50 cent Star anise, cinnamon stick &cloves
2 Lemon grass
Chilli
1 packet of Nyonya brand rendang paste
Kerisik
200ml thick coconut milk

1 packet of Nyonya brand rendang paste

200ml thick coconut milk
- Heat frying wok with oil.
- Add in star anise, cinnamon stick &cloves.
- Add in rendang paste and lemon grass.
- Add in chicken, coconut milk in portion &kerisik.
- Simmer for 35 minutes until the meat is tender.
- Add chilli for decoration.
