| Samosa style |

I personally like the Samosa style and envelope style. The envelope style is easy to store in container and then in fridge.
Take a piece of wanton skin, flip it back (seen from tv), and placed the meat on top!!
If home-made wanton, it is more plenty of quantity and meat ingredient. You can cook as much as you can eat.

1 包云吞皮(浅巧克力色纸包的)
- You may season the meat with some salt or any other seasoning like pepper, dark and light soy sauce.
- Wrap the meat by in the style of your preferences.
- Place the wanton meat in the boiling water for a while before ready to cook.
- Heat wok. Add oil.
- Put in garlic and shallots. Add in water.
- Add in wanton, boil it for a while.
- You may keep the rest folded wanton in fridge for next time. Just defrost it and cook whenever you want to eat.
- Serve with light soy sauce/dark soy sauce and cili padi.
