- Use a hand gloves of 100 pieces a packet type while dealing with chilli, especially in removing seeds from dried chilli.
I suffered from chilli pepper burn before due to long time of removing soaked dried chilli with my bare hands and scissors to make nasi lemak sambal. It is a kind of painful burning sensation which is unbearable.
After struggling for quite sometime and finding articles from the web by my husband, I soak in ice-water again and again to make the pain go away. It did stopped while being in the icy water, yet it heats up again and I can feel the burning pain after coming out of the icy water. I suffered for hours before the pain go away by itself.
