Lunch picnic by the seaside during school holidays!

From what I see from google web images, usually salad, sandwich, fried snacks, variety of fruits and etc are prepared. After do a bit of thinking, I come out with this menu.

Grape or other fruits to replace apple salad for apple is best to be consumed straight away after peeling of it's skin to maintain it's freshness
Simple ham sandwich(2份切成4片呈三角形形状，可各插1枝牙签)

打鸡蛋，煎成大片薄状，再切成自己需要的形状大小以便容易夹在面包里。Sprinkle pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

把煮好的火腿夹在涂抹了mayonise的面包中间。

把切好的番茄与黄瓜片放一起。

把1片做好的面包切成2片形成三角形，插枝牙签在其中1片的中间即可。重复这个步骤直到所有的材料用完为止。

炒腊肠冬粉(3叠)

材料有：
猪肉切成碎或者是绞肉，红萝卜片或者切小，辣椒切小小（Optional)，香菇，腊肠，鸡蛋，chinese leek，冬粉，蒜米，红葱子。

炸鸡翅膀(3只)

使用Kentucky粉与1粒鸡蛋的mixture炸出来的鸡翅膀。

煎热狗(x5)

除了用热油轻煎热狗，避免煎至烧焦以致皮肤变黑，也可以选择以水煮至熟的方式。

Longan lemonade

开一罐King Longan。

加入适量的白开水，觉得饮料还会甜即可。

加入切片的柠檬片，甚至以塑胶容器挤出柠檬汁并倒一起。

Food can be placed in a basket. You can use either paper plates, cups, plastic fork and spoon or bring your own from home. There are many tables and chairs or places ideal for picnic by the seaside or you can bring your own cloth. Choose somewhere cooling especially under the shades of tree. Places like Damai, Santubong and etc is often crowded with people especially during holidays season! My daughter might be having much fun this school holiday I guess!!

Damai Puri stay from 22/3 to 23/3 of our family. Family activities including 'bikini' lunch picnic, dinner with red wine, beach games like building sandcastle with my child, ball, playing in the swimming pool or sea, take a walk, snapshots and etc.

We all don't know how to swim! Haha...

Miss out breakfast time because arrive the restaurant at nearly 10.30am. So, my husband bought 2 Maggie cup and have our breakfast in the room. Emily is having her Maggie chicken. She enjoys this kind of mee very much especially Lee Fah mee boiled with hot water.
