Seafood ingredients: Prawns, sotong (Cleanse the prawns and remove the shells and chopped the sotong into parts)
Eggs
Bean curd cut into smaller pieces
Tomato chopped into cubes or of quarter piece
Chye Sim (vegetables) tear into small pieces
Chilli, for extra spicy add in blended bird eyes chilli
Tomato sauce, chilli sauce
Yellow noodles
Salt &pepper
Light soy sauce
- Heat wok with oil.
- Add in garlic, shallots and later blended bird eyes chilli into the hot oil and toss till golden brown and full of aroma.
- Add in the ingredients accordingly despite of prawns and of course followed by the yellow noodles.
- Make a hole in between and break the eggs. Wait for it to cook or you can cover it with the noodles for it to cook before mix all ingredients together.
- Add in the tomato &chilli sauce, salt &pepper and light soy sauce. I like it wet so I add more of the tomato&chilli sauce.
- Lastly add in prawns.
- Place chopped chilli on top.
