- Peel off the skin of 3 potatoes.
- Cut 1 by 1 the potato into halves of the longer side, then, chopped the potato into thinner slices.
- Heat wok, add more vegetable oil.
- Toss and turn the potato slices until golden brown or cooked.
- Sprinkle salt and mix well.
- Ready to serve.
