Simple Ham Sandwich

1. Toast 2 pieces of bread using a toaster at level 3 heat.
2. Drip a small amount of oil onto frying pan and pour the beaten egg on it which covers every area of the frying pan.
3. Turn the egg of the other side and chop into equivalent amount for your bread and place aside. For 1 egg, it could be divided into 4 pieces.
4. Cut off the skin of the bread.
5. Spread on rich layer of mayonnaise on each side of the bread.
6. Place a layer of egg, ham which is boiled for 10 minutes, tomato and cucumber ( place one type at the corner side whichever makes it easy for you to cut the sandwich into triangle shape later, where the tomato or cucumber are avoided to be spoiled by this cutting) and cheese.
7. Cut the bread into halves which shaped in triangle shape.
8. Pop a toothpick in the middle of the sandwich, ideal for party snack and picnic.
