Open 24 hours, doctor is available at 5.30pm to 8.30pm except Wednesday and Saturday of off day (not in Kuching branch, in Sibu and Miri branch) and opens only from 5.30pm to 8.30pm on Sunday or public holidays! Day time is for appointment only! Payment is received by cash or cheque only. My husband will choose to pay by cash due to not having a cash book.
Through phone inquiries, first checking including scan, blood test and check on husband's sperm cost RM380. Then, suitable treatment package is suggested likewise daily injections. Woman can choose either yes or not giving birth there. Scanning is RM60 each time. Fees for treatment drugs varies among patient, depending on amount of drugs used. Decided to give it a try after discussing with my husband, maybe will call to make an appointment on next weekdays night.
14/11/17 RM380: Counseling (telling about how a person get pregnant, giving advise of continue getting pregnant 3 months after my first pregnancy, explaining about the quality and quantity of egg a woman has in different age group, which decline as she aged, especially after 30 years old. I made known to him that I am married in late age, so that's why I go there after finding myself unable to get pregnant naturally for nearly 2 years), husband body check up, breast and lower abdomen check up, inside vaginal scan of Fallopian tube, 子宫，内膜，卵巢(两边照到不一样大)，讲我没有生东西，那里中等，不错，子宫因为剖 腹跑掉了，站起来那样，压他才会在原位 ，内膜不够厚size0.78要是8较好，才会有蛋 and etc under presence of husband and child. His wife attend to us most of the time, helping him. This package includes blood test at of FSH and ANS at gribbles on Day2, Day3 or latest by Day4 of period. Husband sperm is to be collected in a container and send back in the morning within 1 hour, which is tested by the Dr. Chieng himself. No sex is allowed 2 days before. After getting result of the blood and sperm test, then he will discuss the best method for us based on our body condition. (It could be of injections of medicine for producing matured eggs, then choose only the strongest sperm 不懂可以选择孩子的性别吗？哈哈。。。and inserting the sperm back into my body through a small needle tube which cost RM1,000 of the process excluding drugs fee which varies among women. If a man could not produce sperm, operation is required which might cost about RM10,000 or more). My husband is outstation on the beginning of next month which means on ovulation day he is not in Kuching for company golf. Thus, fertility treatment might be postponed to next month.
23/11/17 2nd day of period, do a blood test at gribbles and collect sperm container from London, which is used to store sperm 1 hour before and send it back to the center by my husband from 2 to 2.30pm due to doctor is busy conducting an operation with the other patient tomorrow. Around next week, need to see doctor to review on all of the results.
30/11/17 About a week after blood and sperm test, the result came out. Sperm of my husband was not so good, while my egg appear less where my condition is worse. He request for us to return for consultation tomorrow morning at 9am for further explanation.

31/11/17 Doctor explained to us that there were 3 method to get pregnant, which is IUI, IVF and ICSI which cost about RM4,000 plus or minus, RM11,000 plus or minus and RM13,000 plus or minus for each treatment with success rate at 20%, 40% and 60%. Chances to get twins is very high, whereby one child only rank second and triplets is rare about 1-2 cases per year. Gender of the baby can be selected at own preferences at a quite high accuracy only with 3rd method, so due to higher chances to get pregnant and wanting a baby boy since I have a baby girl now, so I choose ICSI method, which we call a type of test tube babies. I might start with the treatment package immediately, just waiting for the doctor's call. Payment are to be made first with money back return based on drug fees that varies among women before treatment. Injections are performed after preparation of conception of medication about 3 weeks, then 10-12 injections daily at 6-7pm at the center with last injections made at last with other steps in order to get pregnant, such as take out the eggs from me, then pick the best sperm with ranking, then processing it and put it back into my body. Scanning for eggs is done a few times to monitor the maturity of eggs. I fear that I might not have quality eggs and might be cancelled to undergo further treatment with RM500 and other fees charges such as medication fee and balance money return, and the doctor will try to figure out something else. Some patient succeeded at first attempt, but some need several attempt. For the last 2 weeks of treatment, I cannot leave Kuching, fall sick or go out for fearing that it might affect the chances of success. Within half a month, the RM13,000 treatment package shall complete, maybe by the time my Birthday comes on 20th January. The doctor will call me soon for payment request and arrange for next appointment. I wish very much to have twins or triplets. The cost is the same regardless of a woman successfully getting pregnant either with twins or triplets. I heard that Mrs Chieng said the sperm is not gain through masturbation, but through a sperm collection process done by the doctor.
From what I have made known through web article, ICSI is a type of treatment for men infertility with high success rate if compare to IVF to treatment for women with infertility problem and high failure due to infertility in men. I think I have not made the wrong decision. Doctor says age is the main reason of infertility.
I am nervous, anxiety, excited and on the other hand try to get myself prepared to become a mother again. London fertility is called a brand to me for it is of expensive expenses involving large sum of money. I don't care if I grow fat for wanting to have a baby of 3kg better still slim but with a bigger baby with this second pregnancy in my life if I am able to eat with good appetite. I won't want to give birth to baby of low birth weight again unless of more than 1 babies! Hopefully I am able to get pregnant again successfully as soon as possible! I have been waiting for 3 years now of the arrival of our new family member or members!
12/12/17 I received a SMS after a call was made to London last night. The reception or wife (She too plays the part to jote down record and description of my health and conditions on the first day of meeting previously) of Dr. Chieng gave me a treatment timetable as below:

I can go either tonight or tomorrow. My husband plans to make whole payment tomorrow, together with me due to his car still on service and repair.
13/12/17 Progynova 2mg (Blue) 2 are to be taken daily every morning and Microgynon (Yellow) are to be taken 1 daily every night before sleep until 2/1/18. Medication are to be taken even though is having period. Then, a different period will come after 3/1/18. On 8/1/18, continue with follow up for scanning and start FSH daily injections. I was told that I might not be having many eggs by Mrs. Chieng, who used to be a pharmacist, I was rather disappointed. Payment of RM13,000 in term of cash was made there after, with a card for drug record issued. This is indeed a stressful time of mine in my life! I believe that my husband too facing the same situation.
8/1/18 Between 6-7pm, be at London for FSH injections. I was scan by the doctor first before the injections. 他说，我的蛋天生很少。子宫很好，卵巢及蛋的问题，要打了第一支针才知道。还说，如果星期三还有来月经，照常去打针，不过晚上10.30要倒回去scan下体。不然，就星期四才scan。His wife gave me 2 injections at my buttocks. After the 2nd injections needle was poke into my right buttocks with me side-lying on the bed, it was quite numb and painful while awaiting for the medicine to be released into my body thereafter she press it or what to ease the pain but I don't really know for I couldn't see.
9/1/18 Other than 2 injections, I was told by the doctor's wife that the black holes in my ovary is not many, meaning not producing many eggs. So, the medication given at my age is considered quite high dos.
10/1/18 At about 5.30pm, I have arrived half an hour early, I got my 2 injections thereafter as I am the first patient. The doctor's wife told me if my period is no longer red in color, then tonight no need to go again for scanning. I am nervous for tomorrow scanning, for the doctor is going to make known to me of my eggs in quantity and quality, as my injections are for the maturity of my eggs. She said there should be eggs in a woman, but not knowing many or not. I don't know actually until when I should get this injections.
11/1/18 I arrived early too today, start off from home at about 4.45pm. It was raining very heavily today where I can hardly see the road. Scanning was done at first by the doctor with his wife in the room. He told me that the injections has no effect on me, where my eggs does not grow or gain maturity. So, he request his wife to give me higher dosage and told me that he will do the scanning again tomorrow. Today, I got that 2 injections on my left buttocks after 3 days of injection on my right buttocks. She said there are indeed woman whom egg has not been growing after injection, but they seems fine thereafter after higher dos of injections were given. She told me that there were of 10 days of injections, but for woman taking higher dos of injections, maybe it will delayed for another few 1-2days.
12/1/18 After scanning at the vaginal part was done by the doctor, he told me that there is indeed improvement after high dosage of injections are given. The eggs required is sufficient, about 6 for it is known after taken out. After the injections, eggs that are not yet matured grows, that's why I was made known that I have very less eggs few days ago. 他讲，蛋是天生的，有多少就是多少。His wife told me if a woman with mature eggs have about 10 eggs, she is considered a woman with a lot of eggs. She told me that since I have eggs, so there is needless to increase dosage of injections again.Then, I got my injections at the other room done by Mrs Chieng.
13/1/18 I arrived at about 6pm today. Mrs Chieng gave me 2 injections at my right buttocks. She told me that there is 血丝 after the 2nd injection, for it is of concentrated medicines of different types. She need to press on it after the injections are done to ease it else I will get bruise.
14/1/18 I am not feeling well today. I think I have running nose and dry throat, fearing of getting sore throat. The doctor told me after scanning, he found that my eggs are of slow growth, thus he need to increase medicine of another 2 dos. Altogether I have been given more than 3 dos if compare to other patient. He too told my husband that our drug fee might be more expensive, exceeding the original cost. If I am sick during this period of time, it might affect the quality of my eggs. So, Mrs. Chieng told me to get good rest this few days and get recovered as soon as possible. The next scanning is scheduled on next Tuesday evening. My eggs shall be collected on either 19th or 21st of January, together with my husband's sperm. It might take 2 days to process it in the lab. Then after placing it back into my body, it will take about 2 weeks to know the result, weather this ICSI fertility treatment is successful or not. By 4th of February, this ICSI fertility treatment is then considered fully complete with me successfully getting pregnant or not!
15/1/18 I think I am not so sick if compare to the day before. Mrs Chieng told me if I recover fast, it will not effect on the quality of my eggs. I got my 2 injections today. She told me that doctor conduct C-section at almost all private hospital. She mention that Timberland is of cheaper price. I told her about my worries of the laser cut done by the same laser machine which is of the same area, fearing of laser cut done at differ part if the doctor is using a different laser machine. Maybe I should consult the doctor if I really need one. I shall return tomorrow evening for scanning.
16/1/18 Today, the doctor told me that the growth of my eggs are slow. It could be of about 8 eggs but not yet fully matured. Maybe I will need a 12 days of injections for the eggs to turn mature instead of 10 days only. Taking out my eggs process could be on 21st of January, which is on Sunday. My next scheduled scanning is on this coming Thursday. The dos of my injections is still the same. I got both of my injections on my left buttock.
17/1/18 Today I arrived early at 5.30pm and got 2 injections on my right buttock. There are no other patients yet.
18/1/18 After scanning was done by the doctor today, he told me maybe the process of taking out the eggs is on 21st or 22nd of January, 2018. The growth of the egg is fine, meaning is growing. I might need more observation or extra injections. His wife said quality of the eggs is made known on the day of taking out egg process. For a woman age 34 and below, mostly can proceed with the fertility treatment process with not much problems of too bad quality eggs, while a woman age 34 and above, not only eggs is less, also quality of eggs are not good. 取蛋与取精子是同一天。I still have another scanning tomorrow evening.
19/1/18 Scanning shown that my eggs have been growing well, and doctor says that it's big. I have to be back tonight at 9.10pm for injections. Then, I got injected of 2 injections by Mrs Chieng of lower dosage than before, of x3 instead of x4. I was given a to-do-list then. It shows that with explanation by Mrs Chieng, on 19/1&20/1 after meals, my husband need to take Medomycin Doxycycline 100mg antibiotics of 2 each. On 20/1 I shall rest, needless to get injections. I need to fast starting midnight at 2am, without food and water until the eggs are taken out the next morning. Tonight at about 9pm, I got 1 injection, which is also the last injection. The additional outstanding amount due to drugs is RM2000 after discount, with Laboratory and management fee of RM6000, Single sperm injection fee of RM2000 and drugs RM7153. I was told by the doctor before choice making of fertility method that the usual drug fee cost about RM4000++ and varies. She said that my drug fee is high because increasing of injection dosage quite frequently. The cash payment can be done on 23/1, which is on Tuesday.
21/1/18 My husband need to collect sperm through masturbation at 7.20am, and place it in a urine container and flask given which is to be brought back to London. If he is to take a bath before sperm collection, soap is not necessary as sperm is sensitive of soap. A slip containing particular need to be filled. Regardless of successful or not collecting sperm, he has to arrive at 7.50am sharp with me at London, heading to 2nd floor, go up through red stairs beside the convenient store and go in the door on the left. My eggs are to be collected on that morning at about 8 something, following by taking the same medication prescribed to my husband based on the timetable list, starting Sunday night (after meal), 1 capsule first and another 1/2 an hour later, and once in the morning and once at night of 1 capsule each time until Wednesday. I have to drink less of plain water, drink protein drinks such as milk, soy bean, Milo and horlick for the following seven days,together with eggs which is full of protein. Dutch lady full cream milk (large）, v-soy 4 packets, horlicks small&milkmaid, kampung eggs. 牛奶，可以以微波炉弄热。豆奶，不喝微波炉弄热的，所以要包装的，喝完即丢。练奶是用以泡horlick， 3汤匙粉就够了，跟milo一样。我不能够喝冷饮。可能horlick会不够，要再买。没有大盒的牛奶所以是6包装的。练奶之前开的还有。
Today, sperm collection is done at 7.20am, but when I received the container from my husband, I found that his sperm was not much and he said that it is normal because the urine container is big. We arrived at the center at 7.50am sharp. While waiting for my turn, we sit outside the operation room. After quite sometime, an old lady gave me a blue robe with cap and ask me to write down my particulars and sign for form of agreement to undergo operation. In the operation room, there was Dr. Chieng, his wife, the old lady and me. I remind him of gender selection of babies so that he won't forget later. 他问我要生四个? 我不懂回答。不是说最多3 胞胎而已吗? I was given 止痛 injection by the doctor at my left hand near to wrist area. Then, I turn unconscious. When I woke up, the operation was over. 我不知道要打麻醉针会昏迷的情况下进行手术，才想闭上眼睛就听到医生的太太及另一个妇人说话的声音而醒来,根本不知道小型手术都过去了。There was no pain at all. Then, I walk out to the room at about 10am and rest on the patient bed outside the room. About 12, I was fully awake from sleep. I am wearing a tampon then, which is tied unto my belly. Mrs Chieng asked me to walk and see if I feel giddy or not? If not, the needle on my left hand is to be removed, then I can go home. She said I have more than 10 eggs, but not all are fully matured as some are still small. Quality of the eggs are not known yet due to my eggs 被很多细胞包着，需要时间清理。The matching of the sperm and eggs are done by Dr Chieng after the operation.
I was told by Mrs. Chieng to drink hot beverages first and eat later if not feeling discomfort. I experienced light bleeding at about 7 something.
22/1/18 I go to London for injection of 安胎针 at 6-7pm. The next appointment is at 8.30am tomorrow morning. I was given vaginal route and oral conception medication by Mrs Chieng. Vaginal route capsule is required 3 times a day starting 24/1/18, and continue with it until 12 weeks of pregnant in case I was found to get pregnant with a home pregnancy test on 9/1/18 early morning with the first urine. The capsules are required to be taken after wake up, at 2 or 3 o'clock and before sleep, with 2 capsules each time was inserted deep into my vaginal myself. First, pass urine. Then, wash hands and wet my fingers, place 2 capsules on the tip of middle finger, then push it in as deep as I can through squatting position. It is normal of bit of medicine leaking out of from vaginal. Then, starting 27/1/18 I need oral conception of Progynova 2mg (Blue) of 1 capsule before sleep, 28/1/18 with 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule before sleep, and starting 29/1/18 of 3 capsules of once in the morning, afternoon and before sleep, too until the medication finishes if I found myself getting pregnant next month. I was not sure which medication shall be continued until 12 weeks of pregnancy. That means still need to go to London to get the medication required. The first week is the most important week, which means 卵子生根的时候。I cannot run or jump, even walking need to be done at a slow motion basis or slowly. All food consumed need to be fully cooked. Needless to lie on the bed all of the time.
It was a painful injection, no other like the previous 2nd injection of concentrated liquid. She eases the blood vein by pressing it for quite sometime with an alcohol paper like she did before I can wear back my pants and get home. Tomorrow no need fasting, can take breakfast.
23/1/18 Appointment is scheduled at 8.30am, 成功受精的卵子 are to be put back to my body this day. Pregnancy result of weather successful in getting pregnant or not through ICSI fertility treatment is known after 2 and 1/2 weeks, or about 17 days.
Not long after arriving with my husband, we changed into the robe given by a lady. I took off my valuables at home. I was told to wear only my bra. At about 9 something, Dr Chieng attend to us. Despite of receiving cash of RM2000, he told us that he took out 12 eggs from my body. My eggs were considered average, not the best or lousy. 8 were pick with the last 1 with some hope, of 2 of the best quality. From a peep at the doctor's notebook, I think I have 14 eggs altogether with the last 2 of really bad eggs which could not be used at all. There were higher chances of success rate if the eggs were divided into 2 times of inserting back. Freezing the eggs required an extra payment of RM1000 and a RM10 per week for storage with RM520 per year. A RM2000 is required if the eggs are to be placed back into my body. My husband then decided not to place all 8 back at one go, but freezing the remaining 4 eggs. This is to prevent from repeating the same ICSI method of RM15000 again if failed to get pregnant this time as made known by the doctor. It is either none, 1 baby or twins. If failed to get pregnant, when I are ready for 2nd attempt in 2-3months time, remaining eggs will be placed in again. If within this crucial week, 受精的卵子无法生根，then no matter what you do even lying on the bed seems useless. A sick woman of flu, cough and etc are unable to get pregnant. RM80 for 2 months of egg storage and RM1000 for egg freezing should be paid on next visit, 26/1/18. I think my husband can drive me there with Myvi for next injection.
I was brought into 助孕实验室 and told to lie on a bed similar to the center downstairs with rope to hang both feet. But today legs needed to be widely spread. Only the doctor and his wife took part in this process of putting 4 eggs back into my body. First he clean the surroundings of my vagina and ass hole with something cooling. Then the doctor insert something with screw to open the vaginal, then keep on inserting something inside. It is not painful but I do feel numb and sour for a while due to undergo a C-section before where the tube inside goes up. It was not very soon when eveything is done under my husband's companion. After resting for 20-30 minutes, I changed and went home. The doctor wish us good luck with thumbs up!
Today everything is going on smoothly.
26/1/18 Injection for 安胎针 at 6-7pm. Today paid RM1000 for egg freezing at upstairs purpose. RM80 of egg storage is yet to be paid. The doctor's wife said on the 10th day, some woman might experienced bleeding for once due to implantation.
30/1/18 Injection for 安胎针 at 6-7pm. It was quite painful after done as the needle is quite large. The doctor's wife press on the wound thereafter and mention that the liquid was quite oily so it will remains in the body. It was a painful needle wound touch just like accidently hurt the skin with a needle.
london给的药，vagina route的，有1盒有点油，比较软。Mrs Chieng说可能是因为没有放在冷的地方。要收冰箱结冰的地方。两排里，我用了1排，难怪比较烂。阴道口有药物。我问她几时开始可以行房了?她说蛋放回去算起的1个星期后就可以了!
4/2/18 Injection for 安胎针 at 6-7pm.
I told Mrs Chieng that I experienced very very light
brown stain on my fingers of vaginal route capsule leaking out from my
vagina which is supposed to be in white color since 2/2/18. This
condition continued until today for 2 days with darker light brown
vaginal route capsule leaking out of my vagina and stain on my fingers
and even panty. She told me that 受精了的卵子可能'生根'了，但是还没有确定。She said I should
walk less for the discharge or brown spotting might increases if I walk
too much. This might continued for a few days, depending on the
condition. I am so happy when I heard this. I got the 'last' injection
at about 6pm later by her. I asked if this injection will be continued
or not? She said that it all depends on the pregnant woman condition for
some might suffer from bleeding so it is necessary to be given the
injections. She told me to call if experienced other symptoms and call
on 9/2/18 to tell her the pregnancy test result.

I called the doctor regarding my brown spotting or discharged
condition. He asked why did I not tell him earlier? I said I told his
wife about this. I forget what I said. He says that the brown discharge
cannot be identified, but I should get more injections the better with
payment of RM30 for each injections and also medication too. I can take
9, or should be 8 blue capsules today, 4 in the morning and 2 in the
afternoon &before sleep, so does tomorrow and so on if successfully
get pregnant. So, I am going to London later. His wife is there.
I got my injection just now by the doctor himself. It is painless. It cost RM55 altogether with a box of blue capsules. It is a big row of medicine. His wife gave me 1 1/2 row before. 他说也有可能是月经。希望我会中!!😆😅😵 After taking the blue capsules especially despite of injection, indeed I experienced a slight difference where the brown discharged has lessen!
9/2/18 Do a pregnancy test at home with the first urine of the morning, which is the most concentrated and accurate. If I am found pregnant, I have to get on with the same medication until finishes, take for 3 months altogether. I am nervous and anxious with the result, with butterflies in my stomach! God! It is life or death to me! Maybe I think too much!
It is 6.04am in the morning. I placed the Guardian( left 1) pregnancy test box in the bathroom since last night. It got wet so the urine cup could not be used. I place the tip of it at my urine stream. I didn't dare to look at the result instantly myself. The result is ready in 5 minutes. 6.09am, when I get to take a glance at the result, it shown no lines, meaning no result, not even invalid result. I think the urine did not get to flow to the test window. I hardly noticed it because I am too scared to take even a peep. I had failed to do a pregnancy test. Maybe I should take another pregnancy test later! It can be taken at any time of the day, but best of all the first urine in the early morning. I should get a pack consist of 2 test strip with another to be taken by tomorrow morning of the first urine again! Gosh!! At about 9 or 10am, I bought another 2 of RM6 and RM10. I used the RM6 pregnancy test strip and tried it at Giant toilet. Guess what? The result is negative with only 1 line. I feel so bad and burst into tears not long after. In the afternoon, I called Mrs Chieng about the result and she told me to take another test on Sunday morning with the 1st urine and should continue on with my medicine. She said that since it is the 2nd urine, the result might not be accurate. My urine is dark in yellow color and seems concentrated to me. I believe that the result will appear the same even on 11/2/18.

something early in the morning, I took a pregnancy test. The test strip
show a negative result. My period blood is still on going, become a
clearer period of dark brown with a little bit of blood only since
9/2/18. It has been 9 days now. I will call them later at 8am and tell
them the result and consult the doctor of the possibility of me getting
pregnant again and about my long period of course!
I called Mrs Chieng at around 10am just now. She said I should discontinued my medicine and mention that my period is supposed to come in about 1 week time. After that, I should go back and scan. After I told her that I am still having irregular period now, then I should see if it the period has become heavier. The center is opened on 25/2/18. I told her that I will call the doctor later as I have something to consult him. But, I changed my mind. I will ask about it if my period comes non-stop or questions can be asked during the scan.
On 20/2/18, finally my long-term 'period' of 18 days has come to an end.
25/2/18 Return for scanning at London. Mrs Chieng sms replying me on 24/2/18 night that the center opens only at 5.30pm on Sunday. I have too many questions to ask the doctor, but I...the most important question is to ask about the 18 days of long period. What is it actually? Is it normal? I have only 1 question! Can I get the chance to get pregnant again?
The scanning is free today. The doctor says that one side of my ovary recovers with quite big eggs, of course I saw it too, larger than the eggs before injections. I asked him weather I am able to get pregnant naturally? He says no. The other side of the ovary is yet to be recovered. He mention that my period needs time to get back to normal. He asked me do I wish to take medicine to control the period by not having light or 乱 period? Without medicine the period of outcome is the same for it might recovers naturally. So, I refuse to take medicine as I have taken too much medicine already. If I were to take medicine for my period, it is supposed to be the yellow medicine that I took at the first place before injections.
He then told me that I should bring my husband along today. I don't know about this for I thought it is just a simple scanning. In coming 1 week, 2 week or 3 weeks time, I should bring my husband along and review the result generated in the computer, of what we have been doing in the past month of ICSI fertility treatment. The reason of not being able to get pregnant is not known. I told him that I will make an appointment with his wife. My husband says that he can make it on next Sunday at 5.30pm.

4/3/18 我3/3/18就来了一点的巧克力色的东西。The review of result is overall good. The doctor says子宫膜好，因为卵巢的蛋少所以要打比较多的针，一般人不用，可能下次打得比较少。我有足够的蛋，老公的精子还好。The doctor said yes, if this 2nd time was not successful, I need to repeat the whole process again. He said that a 2nd attempt is always better than the first for he knows his patient body condition well. I suffer from that brown spotting thing before a pregnancy test can be done is not a good review. It could be period, it could be not, not sure. My husband is with me all the time during the result review. I shall go back again in the first week of April and he will check on my 子宫，然后把剩余的4粒蛋放回去，作为第一次的尝试里的第二次放蛋的尝试。In this month, my period will come and stop很乱的until it turns normal. If I feel this as suffering, I can go there and take medicine anytime.
On 6/3/18, my period stops eventually, clean.
On 17/3/18, I finds that my transparent discharge appear cloudy brown. Thereafter it appears clear.
2/4/18 I made a call to Dr Chieng of London Fertility at 8.20am this morning. However, he did not pick up the phone. So, I call up Mrs. Chieng instead. I told her that I am not be able to make it this week due to the dental surgery appointment today which needs 2 weeks time to recover for medication is given. So, she told me that I need to wait until next upcoming period next month which is on the 2nd or 3rd day, and return for scanning and take medicine for 2 weeks, and placing back the embryo into my uterus. I am still not having my this month period yet today.
At about 9 something, Dr sms me ask me to call back. He told me to go and see him after my tooth heals. He needs to check on my 子宫膜before placing the embryo back.
15/4/18 Today is Sunday, London fertility opens from 5.30pm-8.30pm. After making a call for the opening hours, I went there without hesitation. There were a lot of people at the center today. Mrs. Chieng asked me for my first day of period date for this month. I told her that it is 3/4/18. Before scanning, I asked Dr. Chieng about my condition and 'risk' of getting pregnant naturally. I asked him if the sperm condition of my husband is good and healthy is it possible for me to get pregnant naturally at this time? He said yes, there are chances and possibility. It is very hard to say, and the more thing you do, the higher the chances of getting pregnant.
He told me to return back for scanning during 2nd-5th day of period and start to take medication. After scanning to ensure that 子宫膜 is suitable for embryo transfer, then I shall undergo the 2nd attempt or last attempt of embryo transfer for this time of total 8 eggs produced by me in the first ICSI fertility treatment attempt.
30/4/18 Today is my 2nd day of period. I been to London just now. After scanning I was given 2 packs of the blue capsule medicine where 2x(before meals), 2x(after/before lunch),2x(before sleep). Altogether is RM118 luckily I got the cash. The next visit for scanning is on 7/4/18 to decide to increase the medication or not.
7/4/18 I went to London for scanning around 12pm-1pm for he is only free at that time. Dr Chieng told me that my 子宫膜 is not ready for embryo transfer. 吃了药没有进展。没有好不能做。他说可能子宫膜还没有完全好，可能是天生的，可能细菌感染。还问我有洗过吗?洗了会洗坏去。我说可以洗的哦?? 还说子宫颈发炎都好了。。So, he ask me to take 9 pills daily with 3 each in the morning, afternoon and night. I took another Progynova 2mg 2 boxes home paid RM118 by RM120 and RM2 returned money. On 13/4/18 I need to be there for another scanning. He mention that there are those having this situation, some show improvement while some remain the same after medication. He said since I have been pregnant before so it is impossible to be a 天生如此 case. So far, this is the best medication to treat this.
13/5/18 I reached London fertility at about 6 something in the evening. Mrs Chieng asked me about how many capsule of Progynova 2mg I was taking? I said 3. She said 是子宫膜不够厚是吗？She said that some people's 子宫膜 is very stubborn and might need to try a few times(a few months of scanning and medication) in order to be prepared for embryo transfer. It will eventually turn out normal in time. I was rather down for that few days although I did have little of positive thinking like maybe the dosage of medicine is not enough or things might turn out well soon. I got my pap smear done first before the scanning. It was painless and I can hardly feel the scrapping. I found that the wrapped items placed on the rack beside the seats outside the room is the steel equipment for pap smear purpose. The light at the end of the area for lying is for this purpose too. His wife is around during the whole process. Indeed, the scanning shows some improvement as the doctor quite often request me to press my tummy for scanning even previously. I saw him listed out the mm of something. It is a new machine which I noticed just changed lately whereby the mm and everything is made more clear compared to the previous machine. The doctor mention said 来不及 for embryo transfer this month. Later, it seems that if everything turns out well, maybe I can get the embryo transfer within this month of fertility treatment steps following my last period as told by the doctor. It turns out to increase my medication from 9 tablets daily to 12 of 4x(morning), 4x(afternoon) and 4x(before sleep). My next scanning is schedule on 18/5/18. I might make an appointment during day time or reached there late, which is not as early as 5.30pm. Overall the medication of 3 boxes of Progynova 2mg is RM87 and pap smear RM40, altogether is RM127. The doctor's wife said that the RM10 per week of storing frozen embryo is going to be calculated and paid altogether after the embryo transfer. She said that 这次没有收我 scanning fee of RM60.
18/5/18 I arrived about 6 something at London fertility today. I was attended by the doctor not long after. He usually will ask me to go to the toilet before scanning was done. My 子宫内膜只有7.0mm以上，因此还不够厚，最好是8mm以上。That mean that I need to take medicine and redo again next month. I said maybe it would turn out better next month. I think he nodded. However, with about 7mm is a good sign and the doctor looks quite happy about it. I was then given 21 tables of Microgynon by the doctor for 10 days with 1 tablets to be taken after meals every morning and night. Today the fee is of RM70 of RM60 scanning and RM10 of the hormone medicine. I asked weather it is a 避孕药？He said that not really, just a type of hormone medicine, and of course not going to get pregnant. After 10 days of medication, I need to wait for my period to come. Then, after my period is clean, I shall go there and see him again for scanning. I shall start to take this medicine tonight.
8/6/18 I had my first day of period on 1/6/18. As I no longer having my period, on the 7th day I go to London at around 7 something. His wife stated that I am having my 8th day of menses. After scanning, Dr Chieng said that my 卵巢很好，恢复了（3个月就会恢复的）。So, he gave me the same medicine of Progynova 2mg. I said I still have 2 boxes at home, so he just gave me 1 box. I need to take 9 tablets daily of 3 tablets each time. Altogether the fee is RM89. My next visit shall be on next Thursday, which is 14/6/18. He did not confirm with me that this time my 子宫内膜 shall turn out to be 8mm and above thick, but indeed my 卵巢恢复了。
14/6/18 I too arrived late at around 7pm later. I waited for my turn until 8 something then I finally got my turn. I told the doctor that I fell sick of cold, vomit and running nose. I have been vomiting that night and sleep on the chair while waiting for my turn. The doctor or his wife often will ask me to pee before scanning. Usually need to be waiting for a while before the doctor comes in and perform the scanning procedure. My 子宫内膜 the thickest has gone to 8mm, or 7.9mm and the rest is also doing good. I said I have just been taking 1 week of medicine and it turns out to be 8mm thick of the thickest, so my 子宫内膜 is showing a good sign. He requested me to take 3 pills again that night, and 4 pills each time for the next day. My next scanning is schedule on next Thursday. The fee is RM108 of RM50 (scanning as he said since I was sick he was sick, so he receive RM50 from me) and RM58 of 2 boxes more of Progynova 2mg. I mention that my medicine has only left about 1 1/2 packet.
21/6/18 Today I am there at about 7pm. After waiting for a very long time, the doctor's wife ask me to pee. Then, I wait in the room for the doctor. During the scan, he show me through the screen that my urine bladder is full. I say it could be because of long period of time waiting for the doctor in the room. I asked if I need to go and pee again but he ask me to just press my tummy will do. My 子宫内膜 has reached 8.1mm the thickest, but still with parts which is quite thin, I think about 0.7 something or what I forgot. In the end, he told me that the embryo transfer would most probably be done in July, which is next month. I asked that if it is because all of the 子宫内膜 has to reach 0.8mm and he said yes, it is better that way. The doctor asked me how many eggs I have got and mention that those eggs are frozen eggs.
He ask me to take 21 tables of Microgynon with 2 pills daily, not necessarily before or after meals in the morning and night as mention by his wife. After 10 days, similar to last month, he tried to try out the 'free menses' like the one I got beginning of this year but then he said never mind and I should go back in between of 2-5 days of next period for scanning. Only medicine fee, an amount of RM10 is required by his wife to be paid. I forgot to pay the money or ask how much at first and went back there again to pay for it.
27/6/18 I go to London for the hormone medicine again. I mistakenly took 4 per day so it finished fast. She gave me some so that enough for 10 days and say it is free of charge.
8/7/18 I went to London early today. After the scanning, the doctor says that my 子宫内膜好。I saw of about overall >3mm like that. He confirmed with me again of when is the embryo transfer yet to be done and I said this month. Then, he and his wife write the list of medicine need to be taken until 15/7/18. My next scanning is scheduled on 15/7/18. The embryo transfer is to be take place on 16/7/18 onward, few days(2-3 days) after the last scanning. The doctor ask me to try with another type of medicine. I said not that he mention before that Progynova 2mg is the best medicine for 子宫内膜 to turn thick? He said yes, but it would turn thicker with this additional medicine which is known as Cialis 20mg which is quite expensive. I said ok. He then ask me to buy a 'knife' to cut the tablets which is of triangle shape at the pharmacy. He said cut it into half first then another half, which makes the tablets turns into 1/4 size. I need to insert the tablets into the vagina every night, which is of 8 times altogether. I request the doctor to write down for me on the 'new' instructions. The medicine fee of RM150 of Cialis 20mg and (RM30-RM3)x3 boxes of Progynova 2mg=RM87and scanning fee of RM60, altogether RM297. I paid the money to his wife and asked her weather all the pharmacy is selling the 'knife' to cut the tablets and she said yes.
15/7/18 Today the scanning shows that my 子宫内膜 is of 0.60mm to 0.77mm, not yet reaching 0.8mm. I asked if others reached 0.80mm? He said yes and some is 0.10mm plus. Of course it affects on the percentage of success rate. I am rather down after hearing this, but he told me it is not bad. He said that the 子宫内膜 is more or less the same thickness in a person after taking medicine. The embryo transfer need to be done sooner or later. I will be contact by Friday for embryo transfer, or latest on next Monday. The medicine that I got today is Cialis 20mg x1 tables (4 parts), to be insert into vagina and Progynova 2mg 2 boxes of 4 pills to be taken 3 times daily. It is altogether RM75(Cialis)+RM58(Progynova)+RM30(scanning)=RM163 (RM160 after discount). I need to go back for Cialis 20mg if the medicine is not enough before embryo transfer. No more scanning need to be done again!
18/7/18 I received a Whats app message from Mrs. Chieng this morning. So, I am awaiting tomorrow's embryo transfer. I might go on my own due to my husband still at KL outstation and will be back on tomorrow.
19/7/18 I got my embryo transfer done at about 12noon. It is a quick process. My vagina is kind of dry, so it is a bit painful at the first place. The insertion of egg is a painless process. The doctor's wife said that the medical fee altogether is about RM980++(included), so that the 子宫内膜 grow thicker so that the percentage of success is higher, together with the injections(安胎针）given at scheduled date. This time, I can eat like normal as I did not undergo injections, except raw and chinese traditional medicine/ herbs. I shall do everything slow, especially this 1 week.
20/7/18 I went for injections early as my husband ask me to go during day time. So I asked Mrs Chieng if she is there or not for injections and she said will be waiting for me at the clinic. I reached there at about 12.30pm and she was in a hurry for she is late to pick her children from school. So, I got my 2nd injection of 2 bottles of medicine and went back.
23/7/18 I almost forgot about my appointment and went there quite late. I got this injections of 1 bottle of medicine and went back. It was a painful one.
27/7/18 Since last night, I have been experiencing some pain in my lower abdomen, so I send Mrs Chieng an SMS if weather she is there for injections? I told her about my condition and too of doctor's advice last embryo transfer sessions. She said she will be there until noon and ask me to up the red staircase. I ring the door bell once I arrived, I think for 2 times before the other woman come out and open the door. I said I went there to look for Mrs Chieng for injections. She said she thought she saw me days before for embryo transfer, and I said yes. Inside, I saw a woman lying on bed and I believe that she just had her eggs taken out with the 麻醉针 thing on her left hand. I had my injections in the room next to embryo transfer room. It cost RM35, where I pay her RM40 with RM5 of change in return where she get it from the other room inside. I went back after and still experiencing a little bit of pain. So I called the doctor up and he asked weather if I suffer from bleeding and I said no. He then said it's ok and asked if I got the injection at Sibu and I said not. I ask if I need to continue on with further injections and he said no need and if necessary he will ask his wife to tell me.
5/8/18 At 6am, I could no longer sleep. For the past 2 time of fertility treatment, especially after embryo transfer, I experienced great pressure as I suffers very often in hearing loud and noisy voices in head due to Schizophrenia. I have not been taking medicine for 3 months before fertility treatment starts for fearing that elevating prolactin can cause infertile and difficulties to get pregnant as patient don't even have menses during that period. I might consider to resume with Schizophrenia medication again if I got pregnant, maybe after 1st trimester and of course under doctor's advice.
I took my pregnancy test with peeping on the result because this is not a 'natural conceiving' process. It happens that the result turns negative again this time. This is the 2nd time of my embryo transfer and by using frozen eggs.
I went back to sleep after taking the test and decided to notify the center for the result and advice.
I make a call to Mrs Chieng right after. She said that I need to wait for my menses to ends before scanning, and yes the menses will come in a week time. For medication thing, I can continue with the medications until 7/8/18, Tuesday for the 2nd pregnancy test to take place. If it turns out to be a confirmed negative pregnancy test result, then I shall discontinued the medicines. By 7/8/18, this shows that my 1st ICSI fertility treatment was not successful and has come to and end if the pregnancy test result stills shows a negative sign.
I asked her if I want to make a 2nd trial of fertility treatment, when can it take place? She says since I had not been undergoing injections for 4 months, then the treatment can be started immediately. This means that me and my husband shall repeat the steps just like the one starting 12/12/17 last year with treatment process that comes in injections steps, waiting for my eggs to get matured, taking out the eggs and proceed with further ICSI fertility treatment and so on. I told my husband about this and shall get the money prepared for the 2nd attempt of ICSI fertility treatment and next upcoming embryo transfer.

From the picture, it is clearly shown that the 2nd time of pregnancy test is still a negative result.
10/8/18 My menses came in the afternoon and took place in the bathroom. On 15/8/18, my period ends.
16/8/18 I went to see the doctor for scanning. He said that my 子宫内膜可能是天生的薄。Regarding this 1st attempt failure, he said that he will try his best. At the screen, he told me someone 中了，meaning someone has succeeded in getting pregnant. If my 子宫内膜薄, but eggs are of very good quality, then the higher the chances to get pregnant. He too told me of other cheaper option, which is ovulation, then inject the best sperm inside. But he said that the chances of success is very low. My dosage of medicine is high, which is of 8 bottles. For those who are of the many eggs, only 2 bottle is enough. He mention that the whole ICSI process can be repeated within 1 month time, waiting for the recovery of 子宫内膜。I told him that I need to inform my husband first. This mean that I need to go back there in 1 month time.

14/11/17 RM380: Counseling (telling about how a person get pregnant, giving advise of continue getting pregnant 3 months after my first pregnancy, explaining about the quality and quantity of egg a woman has in different age group, which decline as she aged, especially after 30 years old. I made known to him that I am married in late age, so that's why I go there after finding myself unable to get pregnant naturally for nearly 2 years), husband body check up, breast and lower abdomen check up, inside vaginal scan of Fallopian tube, 子宫，内膜，卵巢(两边照到不一样大)，讲我没有生东西，那里中等，不错，子宫因为剖 腹跑掉了，站起来那样，压他才会在原位 ，内膜不够厚size0.78要是8较好，才会有蛋 and etc under presence of husband and child. His wife attend to us most of the time, helping him. This package includes blood test at of FSH and ANS at gribbles on Day2, Day3 or latest by Day4 of period. Husband sperm is to be collected in a container and send back in the morning within 1 hour, which is tested by the Dr. Chieng himself. No sex is allowed 2 days before. 23/11/17 2nd day of period, do a blood test at gribbles and collect sperm container from London, which is used to store sperm 1 hour before and send it back to the center by my husband from 2 to 2.30pm due to doctor is busy conducting an operation with the other patient tomorrow. Around next week, need to see doctor to review on all of the results.
30/11/17 About a week after blood and sperm test, the result came out. Sperm of my husband was not so good, while my egg appear less where my condition is worse. He request for us to return for consultation tomorrow morning at 9am for further explanation.

ICSI Fertility Treatment

31/11/17 Doctor explained to us that there were 3 method to get pregnant, which is IUI, IVF and ICSI which cost about RM4,000 plus or minus, RM11,000 plus or minus and RM13,000 plus or minus for each treatment with success rate at 20%, 40% and 60%. Chances to get twins is very high, whereby one child only rank second and triplets is rare about 1-2 cases per year. Gender of the baby can be selected at own preferences at a quite high accuracy only with 3rd method, so due to higher chances to get pregnant and wanting a baby boy since I have a baby girl now, so I choose ICSI method, which we call a type of test tube babies. I might start with the treatment package immediately, just waiting for the doctor's call. Payment are to be made first with money back return based on drug fees that varies among women before treatment. Injections are performed after preparation of conception of medication about 3 weeks, then 10-12 injections daily at 6-7pm at the center with last injections made at last with other steps in order to get pregnant, such as take out the eggs from me, then pick the best sperm with ranking, then processing it and put it back into my body. Scanning for eggs is done a few times to monitor the maturity of eggs. I fear that I might not have quality eggs and might be cancelled to undergo further treatment with RM500 and other fees charges such as medication fee and balance money return, and the doctor will try to figure out something else. Some patient succeeded at first attempt, but some need several attempt. For the last 2 weeks of treatment, I cannot leave Kuching, fall sick or go out for fearing that it might affect the chances of success. Within half a month, the RM13,000 treatment package shall complete, maybe by the time my Birthday comes on 20th January. The doctor will call me soon for payment request and arrange for next appointment. I wish very much to have twins or triplets. The cost is the same regardless of a woman successfully getting pregnant either with twins or triplets. I heard that Mrs Chieng said the sperm is not gain through masturbation, but through a sperm collection process done by the doctor.
From what I have made known through web article, ICSI is a type of treatment for men infertility with high success rate if compare to IVF to treatment for women with infertility problem and high failure due to infertility in men. I think I have not made the wrong decision. Doctor says age is the main reason of infertility.
I am nervous, anxiety, excited and on the other hand try to get myself prepared to become a mother again. London fertility is called a brand to me for it is of expensive expenses involving large sum of money. I don't care if I grow fat for wanting to have a baby of 3kg better still slim but with a bigger baby with this second pregnancy in my life if I am able to eat with good appetite. I won't want to give birth to baby of low birth weight again unless of more than 1 babies! Hopefully I am able to get pregnant again successfully as soon as possible! I have been waiting for 3 years now of the arrival of our new family member or members!
12/12/17 I received a SMS after a call was made to London last night. The reception or wife (She too plays the part to jote down record and description of my health and conditions on the first day of meeting previously) of Dr. Chieng gave me a treatment timetable as below:

I can go either tonight or tomorrow. My husband plans to make whole payment tomorrow, together with me due to his car still on service and repair.
13/12/17 Progynova 2mg (Blue) 2 are to be taken daily every morning and Microgynon (Yellow) are to be taken 1 daily every night before sleep until 2/1/18. Medication are to be taken even though is having period. Then, a different period will come after 3/1/18. On 8/1/18, continue with follow up for scanning and start FSH daily injections. I was told that I might not be having many eggs by Mrs. Chieng, who used to be a pharmacist, I was rather disappointed. Payment of RM13,000 in term of cash was made there after, with a card for drug record issued. This is indeed a stressful time of mine in my life! I believe that my husband too facing the same situation.
8/1/18 Between 6-7pm, be at London for FSH injections. I was scan by the doctor first before the injections. 他说，我的蛋天生很少。子宫很好，卵巢及蛋的问题，要打了第一支针才知道。还说，如果星期三还有来月经，照常去打针，不过晚上10.30要倒回去scan下体。不然，就星期四才scan。His wife gave me 2 injections at my buttocks. After the 2nd injections needle was poke into my right buttocks with me side-lying on the bed, it was quite numb and painful while awaiting for the medicine to be released into my body thereafter she press it or what to ease the pain but I don't really know for I couldn't see.
9/1/18 Other than 2 injections, I was told by the doctor's wife that the black holes in my ovary is not many, meaning not producing many eggs. So, the medication given at my age is considered quite high dos.
10/1/18 At about 5.30pm, I have arrived half an hour early, I got my 2 injections thereafter as I am the first patient. The doctor's wife told me if my period is no longer red in color, then tonight no need to go again for scanning. I am nervous for tomorrow scanning, for the doctor is going to make known to me of my eggs in quantity and quality, as my injections are for the maturity of my eggs. She said there should be eggs in a woman, but not knowing many or not. I don't know actually until when I should get this injections.
11/1/18 I arrived early too today, start off from home at about 4.45pm. It was raining very heavily today where I can hardly see the road. Scanning was done at first by the doctor with his wife in the room. He told me that the injections has no effect on me, where my eggs does not grow or gain maturity. So, he request his wife to give me higher dosage and told me that he will do the scanning again tomorrow. Today, I got that 2 injections on my left buttocks after 3 days of injection on my right buttocks. She said there are indeed woman whom egg has not been growing after injection, but they seems fine thereafter after higher dos of injections were given. She told me that there were of 10 days of injections, but for woman taking higher dos of injections, maybe it will delayed for another few 1-2days.
12/1/18 After scanning at the vaginal part was done by the doctor, he told me that there is indeed improvement after high dosage of injections are given. The eggs required is sufficient, about 6 for it is known after taken out. After the injections, eggs that are not yet matured grows, that's why I was made known that I have very less eggs few days ago. 他讲，蛋是天生的，有多少就是多少。His wife told me if a woman with mature eggs have about 10 eggs, she is considered a woman with a lot of eggs. She told me that since I have eggs, so there is needless to increase dosage of injections again.Then, I got my injections at the other room done by Mrs Chieng.
13/1/18 I arrived at about 6pm today. Mrs Chieng gave me 2 injections at my right buttocks. She told me that there is 血丝 after the 2nd injection, for it is of concentrated medicines of different types. She need to press on it after the injections are done to ease it else I will get bruise.
14/1/18 I am not feeling well today. I think I have running nose and dry throat, fearing of getting sore throat. The doctor told me after scanning, he found that my eggs are of slow growth, thus he need to increase medicine of another 2 dos. Altogether I have been given more than 3 dos if compare to other patient. He too told my husband that our drug fee might be more expensive, exceeding the original cost. If I am sick during this period of time, it might affect the quality of my eggs. So, Mrs. Chieng told me to get good rest this few days and get recovered as soon as possible. The next scanning is scheduled on next Tuesday evening. My eggs shall be collected on either 19th or 21st of January, together with my husband's sperm. It might take 2 days to process it in the lab. Then after placing it back into my body, it will take about 2 weeks to know the result, weather this ICSI fertility treatment is successful or not. By 4th of February, this ICSI fertility treatment is then considered fully complete with me successfully getting pregnant or not!
15/1/18 I think I am not so sick if compare to the day before. Mrs Chieng told me if I recover fast, it will not effect on the quality of my eggs. I got my 2 injections today. She told me that doctor conduct C-section at almost all private hospital. She mention that Timberland is of cheaper price. I told her about my worries of the laser cut done by the same laser machine which is of the same area, fearing of laser cut done at differ part if the doctor is using a different laser machine. Maybe I should consult the doctor if I really need one. I shall return tomorrow evening for scanning.
16/1/18 Today, the doctor told me that the growth of my eggs are slow. It could be of about 8 eggs but not yet fully matured. Maybe I will need a 12 days of injections for the eggs to turn mature instead of 10 days only. Taking out my eggs process could be on 21st of January, which is on Sunday. My next scheduled scanning is on this coming Thursday. The dos of my injections is still the same. I got both of my injections on my left buttock.
17/1/18 Today I arrived early at 5.30pm and got 2 injections on my right buttock. There are no other patients yet.
18/1/18 After scanning was done by the doctor today, he told me maybe the process of taking out the eggs is on 21st or 22nd of January, 2018. The growth of the egg is fine, meaning is growing. I might need more observation or extra injections. His wife said quality of the eggs is made known on the day of taking out egg process. For a woman age 34 and below, mostly can proceed with the fertility treatment process with not much problems of too bad quality eggs, while a woman age 34 and above, not only eggs is less, also quality of eggs are not good. 取蛋与取精子是同一天。I still have another scanning tomorrow evening.
19/1/18 Scanning shown that my eggs have been growing well, and doctor says that it's big. I have to be back tonight at 9.10pm for injections. Then, I got injected of 2 injections by Mrs Chieng of lower dosage than before, of x3 instead of x4. I was given a to-do-list then. It shows that with explanation by Mrs Chieng, on 19/1&20/1 after meals, my husband need to take Medomycin Doxycycline 100mg antibiotics of 2 each. On 20/1 I shall rest, needless to get injections. I need to fast starting midnight at 2am, without food and water until the eggs are taken out the next morning. Tonight at about 9pm, I got 1 injection, which is also the last injection. The additional outstanding amount due to drugs is RM2000 after discount, with Laboratory and management fee of RM6000, Single sperm injection fee of RM2000 and drugs RM7153. I was told by the doctor before choice making of fertility method that the usual drug fee cost about RM4000++ and varies. She said that my drug fee is high because increasing of injection dosage quite frequently. The cash payment can be done on 23/1, which is on Tuesday.
21/1/18 My husband need to collect sperm through masturbation at 7.20am, and place it in a urine container and flask given which is to be brought back to London. If he is to take a bath before sperm collection, soap is not necessary as sperm is sensitive of soap. A slip containing particular need to be filled. Regardless of successful or not collecting sperm, he has to arrive at 7.50am sharp with me at London, heading to 2nd floor, go up through red stairs beside the convenient store and go in the door on the left. My eggs are to be collected on that morning at about 8 something, following by taking the same medication prescribed to my husband based on the timetable list, starting Sunday night (after meal), 1 capsule first and another 1/2 an hour later, and once in the morning and once at night of 1 capsule each time until Wednesday. I have to drink less of plain water, drink protein drinks such as milk, soy bean, Milo and horlick for the following seven days,together with eggs which is full of protein. Dutch lady full cream milk (large）, v-soy 4 packets, horlicks small&milkmaid, kampung eggs. 牛奶，可以以微波炉弄热。豆奶，不喝微波炉弄热的，所以要包装的，喝完即丢。练奶是用以泡horlick， 3汤匙粉就够了，跟milo一样。我不能够喝冷饮。可能horlick会不够，要再买。没有大盒的牛奶所以是6包装的。练奶之前开的还有。
Today, sperm collection is done at 7.20am, but when I received the container from my husband, I found that his sperm was not much and he said that it is normal because the urine container is big. We arrived at the center at 7.50am sharp. While waiting for my turn, we sit outside the operation room. After quite sometime, an old lady gave me a blue robe with cap and ask me to write down my particulars and sign for form of agreement to undergo operation. In the operation room, there was Dr. Chieng, his wife, the old lady and me. I remind him of gender selection of babies so that he won't forget later. 他问我要生四个? 我不懂回答。不是说最多3 胞胎而已吗? I was given 止痛 injection by the doctor at my left hand near to wrist area. Then, I turn unconscious. When I woke up, the operation was over. 我不知道要打麻醉针会昏迷的情况下进行手术，才想闭上眼睛就听到医生的太太及另一个妇人说话的声音而醒来,根本不知道小型手术都过去了。There was no pain at all. Then, I walk out to the room at about 10am and rest on the patient bed outside the room. About 12, I was fully awake from sleep. I am wearing a tampon then, which is tied unto my belly. Mrs Chieng asked me to walk and see if I feel giddy or not? If not, the needle on my left hand is to be removed, then I can go home. She said I have more than 10 eggs, but not all are fully matured as some are still small. Quality of the eggs are not known yet due to my eggs 被很多细胞包着，需要时间清理。The matching of the sperm and eggs are done by Dr Chieng after the operation.
I was told by Mrs. Chieng to drink hot beverages first and eat later if not feeling discomfort. I experienced light bleeding at about 7 something.

22/1/18 I go to London for injection of 安胎针 at 6-7pm. The next appointment is at 8.30am tomorrow morning. I was given vaginal route and oral conception medication by Mrs Chieng. Vaginal route capsule is required 3 times a day starting 24/1/18, and continue with it until 12 weeks of pregnant in case I was found to get pregnant with a home pregnancy test on 9/1/18 early morning with the first urine. The capsules are required to be taken after wake up, at 2 or 3 o'clock and before sleep, with 2 capsules each time was inserted deep into my vaginal myself. First, pass urine. Then, wash hands and wet my fingers, place 2 capsules on the tip of middle finger, then push it in as deep as I can through squatting position. It is normal of bit of medicine leaking out of from vaginal. Then, starting 27/1/18 I need oral conception of Progynova 2mg (Blue) of 1 capsule before sleep, 28/1/18 with 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule before sleep, and starting 29/1/18 of 3 capsules of once in the morning, afternoon and before sleep, too until the medication finishes if I found myself getting pregnant next month. I was not sure which medication shall be continued until 12 weeks of pregnancy. That means still need to go to London to get the medication required. The first week is the most important week, which means 卵子生根的时候。I cannot run or jump, even walking need to be done at a slow motion basis or slowly. All food consumed need to be fully cooked. Needless to lie on the bed all of the time.

It was a painful injection, no other like the previous 2nd injection of concentrated liquid. She eases the blood vein by pressing it for quite sometime with an alcohol paper like she did before I can wear back my pants and get home. Tomorrow no need fasting, can take breakfast.
23/1/18 Appointment is scheduled at 8.30am, 成功受精的卵子 are to be put back to my body this day. Pregnancy result of weather successful in getting pregnant or not through ICSI fertility treatment is known after 2 and 1/2 weeks, or about 17 days.
Not long after arriving with my husband, we changed into the robe given by a lady. I took off my valuables at home. I was told to wear only my bra. At about 9 something, Dr Chieng attend to us. Despite of receiving cash of RM2000, he told us that he took out 12 eggs from my body. My eggs were considered average, not the best or lousy. 8 were pick with the last 1 with some hope, of 2 of the best quality. From a peep at the doctor's notebook, I think I have 14 eggs altogether with the last 2 of really bad eggs which could not be used at all. There were higher chances of success rate if the eggs were divided into 2 times of inserting back. Freezing the eggs required an extra payment of RM1000 and a RM10 per week for storage with RM520 per year. A RM2000 is required if the eggs are to be placed back into my body. My husband then decided not to place all 8 back at one go, but freezing the remaining 4 eggs. This is to prevent from repeating the same ICSI method of RM15000 again if failed to get pregnant this time as made known by the doctor. It is either none, 1 baby or twins. If failed to get pregnant, when I are ready for 2nd attempt in 2-3months time, remaining eggs will be placed in again. If within this crucial week, 受精的卵子无法生根，then no matter what you do even lying on the bed seems useless. A sick woman of flu, cough and etc are unable to get pregnant. RM80 for 2 months of egg storage and RM1000 for egg freezing should be paid on next visit, 26/1/18. I think my husband can drive me there with Myvi for next injection.
I was brought into 助孕实验室 and told to lie on a bed similar to the center downstairs with rope to hang both feet. But today legs needed to be widely spread. Only the doctor and his wife took part in this process of putting 4 eggs back into my body. First he clean the surroundings of my vagina and ass hole with something cooling. Then the doctor insert something with screw to open the vaginal, then keep on inserting something inside. It is not painful but I do feel numb and sour for a while due to undergo a C-section before where the tube inside goes up. It was not very soon when eveything is done under my husband's companion. After resting for 20-30 minutes, I changed and went home. The doctor wish us good luck with thumbs up!
Today everything is going on smoothly.
26/1/18 Injection for 安胎针 at 6-7pm. Today paid RM1000 for egg freezing at upstairs purpose. RM80 of egg storage is yet to be paid. The doctor's wife said on the 10th day, some woman might experienced bleeding for once due to implantation.
30/1/18 Injection for 安胎针 at 6-7pm. It was quite painful after done as the needle is quite large. The doctor's wife press on the wound thereafter and mention that the liquid was quite oily so it will remains in the body. It was a painful needle wound touch just like accidently hurt the skin with a needle.
london给的药，vagina route的，有1盒有点油，比较软。Mrs Chieng说可能是因为没有放在冷的地方。要收冰箱结冰的地方。两排里，我用了1排，难怪比较烂。阴道口有药物。我问她几时开始可以行房了?她说蛋放回去算起的1个星期后就可以了!

I got my injection just now by the doctor himself. It is painless. It cost RM55 altogether with a box of blue capsules. It is a big row of medicine. His wife gave me 1 1/2 row before. 他说也有可能是月经。希望我会中!!😆😅😵 After taking the blue capsules especially despite of injection, indeed I experienced a slight difference where the brown discharged has lessen!
9/2/18 Do a pregnancy test at home with the first urine of the morning, which is the most concentrated and accurate. If I am found pregnant, I have to get on with the same medication until finishes, take for 3 months altogether. I am nervous and anxious with the result, with butterflies in my stomach! God! It is life or death to me! Maybe I think too much!
It is 6.04am in the morning. I placed the Guardian( left 1) pregnancy test box in the bathroom since last night. It got wet so the urine cup could not be used. I place the tip of it at my urine stream. I didn't dare to look at the result instantly myself. The result is ready in 5 minutes. 6.09am, when I get to take a glance at the result, it shown no lines, meaning no result, not even invalid result. I think the urine did not get to flow to the test window. I hardly noticed it because I am too scared to take even a peep. I had failed to do a pregnancy test. Maybe I should take another pregnancy test later! It can be taken at any time of the day, but best of all the first urine in the early morning. I should get a pack consist of 2 test strip with another to be taken by tomorrow morning of the first urine again! Gosh!! At about 9 or 10am, I bought another 2 of RM6 and RM10. I used the RM6 pregnancy test strip and tried it at Giant toilet. Guess what? The result is negative with only 1 line. I feel so bad and burst into tears not long after. In the afternoon, I called Mrs Chieng about the result and she told me to take another test on Sunday morning with the 1st urine and should continue on with my medicine. She said that since it is the 2nd urine, the result might not be accurate. My urine is dark in yellow color and seems concentrated to me. I believe that the result will appear the same even on 11/2/18.
11/2/18
I called Mrs Chieng at around 10am just now. She said I should discontinued my medicine and mention that my period is supposed to come in about 1 week time. After that, I should go back and scan. After I told her that I am still having irregular period now, then I should see if it the period has become heavier. The center is opened on 25/2/18. I told her that I will call the doctor later as I have something to consult him. But, I changed my mind. I will ask about it if my period comes non-stop or questions can be asked during the scan.
On 20/2/18, finally my long-term 'period' of 18 days has come to an end.
25/2/18 Return for scanning at London. Mrs Chieng sms replying me on 24/2/18 night that the center opens only at 5.30pm on Sunday. I have too many questions to ask the doctor, but I...the most important question is to ask about the 18 days of long period. What is it actually? Is it normal? I have only 1 question! Can I get the chance to get pregnant again?
The scanning is free today. The doctor says that one side of my ovary recovers with quite big eggs, of course I saw it too, larger than the eggs before injections. I asked him weather I am able to get pregnant naturally? He says no. The other side of the ovary is yet to be recovered. He mention that my period needs time to get back to normal. He asked me do I wish to take medicine to control the period by not having light or 乱 period? Without medicine the period of outcome is the same for it might recovers naturally. So, I refuse to take medicine as I have taken too much medicine already. If I were to take medicine for my period, it is supposed to be the yellow medicine that I took at the first place before injections.
He then told me that I should bring my husband along today. I don't know about this for I thought it is just a simple scanning. In coming 1 week, 2 week or 3 weeks time, I should bring my husband along and review the result generated in the computer, of what we have been doing in the past month of ICSI fertility treatment. The reason of not being able to get pregnant is not known. I told him that I will make an appointment with his wife. My husband says that he can make it on next Sunday at 5.30pm.

4/3/18 我3/3/18就来了一点的巧克力色的东西。The review of result is overall good. The doctor says子宫膜好，因为卵巢的蛋少所以要打比较多的针，一般人不用，可能下次打得比较少。我有足够的蛋，老公的精子还好。The doctor said yes, if this 2nd time was not successful, I need to repeat the whole process again. He said that a 2nd attempt is always better than the first for he knows his patient body condition well. I suffer from that brown spotting thing before a pregnancy test can be done is not a good review. It could be period, it could be not, not sure. My husband is with me all the time during the result review. I shall go back again in the first week of April and he will check on my 子宫，然后把剩余的4粒蛋放回去，作为第一次的尝试里的第二次放蛋的尝试。In this month, my period will come and stop很乱的until it turns normal. If I feel this as suffering, I can go there and take medicine anytime.
On 6/3/18, my period stops eventually, clean.
On 17/3/18, I finds that my transparent discharge appear cloudy brown. Thereafter it appears clear.
2/4/18 I made a call to Dr Chieng of London Fertility at 8.20am this morning. However, he did not pick up the phone. So, I call up Mrs. Chieng instead. I told her that I am not be able to make it this week due to the dental surgery appointment today which needs 2 weeks time to recover for medication is given. So, she told me that I need to wait until next upcoming period next month which is on the 2nd or 3rd day, and return for scanning and take medicine for 2 weeks, and placing back the embryo into my uterus. I am still not having my this month period yet today.
At about 9 something, Dr sms me ask me to call back. He told me to go and see him after my tooth heals. He needs to check on my 子宫膜before placing the embryo back.
15/4/18 Today is Sunday, London fertility opens from 5.30pm-8.30pm. After making a call for the opening hours, I went there without hesitation. There were a lot of people at the center today. Mrs. Chieng asked me for my first day of period date for this month. I told her that it is 3/4/18. Before scanning, I asked Dr. Chieng about my condition and 'risk' of getting pregnant naturally. I asked him if the sperm condition of my husband is good and healthy is it possible for me to get pregnant naturally at this time? He said yes, there are chances and possibility. It is very hard to say, and the more thing you do, the higher the chances of getting pregnant.
He told me to return back for scanning during 2nd-5th day of period and start to take medication. After scanning to ensure that 子宫膜 is suitable for embryo transfer, then I shall undergo the 2nd attempt or last attempt of embryo transfer for this time of total 8 eggs produced by me in the first ICSI fertility treatment attempt.
30/4/18 Today is my 2nd day of period. I been to London just now. After scanning I was given 2 packs of the blue capsule medicine where 2x(before meals), 2x(after/before lunch),2x(before sleep). Altogether is RM118 luckily I got the cash. The next visit for scanning is on 7/4/18 to decide to increase the medication or not.
7/4/18 I went to London for scanning around 12pm-1pm for he is only free at that time. Dr Chieng told me that my 子宫膜 is not ready for embryo transfer. 吃了药没有进展。没有好不能做。他说可能子宫膜还没有完全好，可能是天生的，可能细菌感染。还问我有洗过吗?洗了会洗坏去。我说可以洗的哦?? 还说子宫颈发炎都好了。。So, he ask me to take 9 pills daily with 3 each in the morning, afternoon and night. I took another Progynova 2mg 2 boxes home paid RM118 by RM120 and RM2 returned money. On 13/4/18 I need to be there for another scanning. He mention that there are those having this situation, some show improvement while some remain the same after medication. He said since I have been pregnant before so it is impossible to be a 天生如此 case. So far, this is the best medication to treat this.
13/5/18 I reached London fertility at about 6 something in the evening. Mrs Chieng asked me about how many capsule of Progynova 2mg I was taking? I said 3. She said 是子宫膜不够厚是吗？She said that some people's 子宫膜 is very stubborn and might need to try a few times(a few months of scanning and medication) in order to be prepared for embryo transfer. It will eventually turn out normal in time. I was rather down for that few days although I did have little of positive thinking like maybe the dosage of medicine is not enough or things might turn out well soon. I got my pap smear done first before the scanning. It was painless and I can hardly feel the scrapping. I found that the wrapped items placed on the rack beside the seats outside the room is the steel equipment for pap smear purpose. The light at the end of the area for lying is for this purpose too. His wife is around during the whole process. Indeed, the scanning shows some improvement as the doctor quite often request me to press my tummy for scanning even previously. I saw him listed out the mm of something. It is a new machine which I noticed just changed lately whereby the mm and everything is made more clear compared to the previous machine. The doctor mention said 来不及 for embryo transfer this month. Later, it seems that if everything turns out well, maybe I can get the embryo transfer within this month of fertility treatment steps following my last period as told by the doctor. It turns out to increase my medication from 9 tablets daily to 12 of 4x(morning), 4x(afternoon) and 4x(before sleep). My next scanning is schedule on 18/5/18. I might make an appointment during day time or reached there late, which is not as early as 5.30pm. Overall the medication of 3 boxes of Progynova 2mg is RM87 and pap smear RM40, altogether is RM127. The doctor's wife said that the RM10 per week of storing frozen embryo is going to be calculated and paid altogether after the embryo transfer. She said that 这次没有收我 scanning fee of RM60.
18/5/18 I arrived about 6 something at London fertility today. I was attended by the doctor not long after. He usually will ask me to go to the toilet before scanning was done. My 子宫内膜只有7.0mm以上，因此还不够厚，最好是8mm以上。That mean that I need to take medicine and redo again next month. I said maybe it would turn out better next month. I think he nodded. However, with about 7mm is a good sign and the doctor looks quite happy about it. I was then given 21 tables of Microgynon by the doctor for 10 days with 1 tablets to be taken after meals every morning and night. Today the fee is of RM70 of RM60 scanning and RM10 of the hormone medicine. I asked weather it is a 避孕药？He said that not really, just a type of hormone medicine, and of course not going to get pregnant. After 10 days of medication, I need to wait for my period to come. Then, after my period is clean, I shall go there and see him again for scanning. I shall start to take this medicine tonight.
8/6/18 I had my first day of period on 1/6/18. As I no longer having my period, on the 7th day I go to London at around 7 something. His wife stated that I am having my 8th day of menses. After scanning, Dr Chieng said that my 卵巢很好，恢复了（3个月就会恢复的）。So, he gave me the same medicine of Progynova 2mg. I said I still have 2 boxes at home, so he just gave me 1 box. I need to take 9 tablets daily of 3 tablets each time. Altogether the fee is RM89. My next visit shall be on next Thursday, which is 14/6/18. He did not confirm with me that this time my 子宫内膜 shall turn out to be 8mm and above thick, but indeed my 卵巢恢复了。
14/6/18 I too arrived late at around 7pm later. I waited for my turn until 8 something then I finally got my turn. I told the doctor that I fell sick of cold, vomit and running nose. I have been vomiting that night and sleep on the chair while waiting for my turn. The doctor or his wife often will ask me to pee before scanning. Usually need to be waiting for a while before the doctor comes in and perform the scanning procedure. My 子宫内膜 the thickest has gone to 8mm, or 7.9mm and the rest is also doing good. I said I have just been taking 1 week of medicine and it turns out to be 8mm thick of the thickest, so my 子宫内膜 is showing a good sign. He requested me to take 3 pills again that night, and 4 pills each time for the next day. My next scanning is schedule on next Thursday. The fee is RM108 of RM50 (scanning as he said since I was sick he was sick, so he receive RM50 from me) and RM58 of 2 boxes more of Progynova 2mg. I mention that my medicine has only left about 1 1/2 packet.
21/6/18 Today I am there at about 7pm. After waiting for a very long time, the doctor's wife ask me to pee. Then, I wait in the room for the doctor. During the scan, he show me through the screen that my urine bladder is full. I say it could be because of long period of time waiting for the doctor in the room. I asked if I need to go and pee again but he ask me to just press my tummy will do. My 子宫内膜 has reached 8.1mm the thickest, but still with parts which is quite thin, I think about 0.7 something or what I forgot. In the end, he told me that the embryo transfer would most probably be done in July, which is next month. I asked that if it is because all of the 子宫内膜 has to reach 0.8mm and he said yes, it is better that way. The doctor asked me how many eggs I have got and mention that those eggs are frozen eggs.

27/6/18 I go to London for the hormone medicine again. I mistakenly took 4 per day so it finished fast. She gave me some so that enough for 10 days and say it is free of charge.
8/7/18 I went to London early today. After the scanning, the doctor says that my 子宫内膜好。I saw of about overall >3mm like that. He confirmed with me again of when is the embryo transfer yet to be done and I said this month. Then, he and his wife write the list of medicine need to be taken until 15/7/18. My next scanning is scheduled on 15/7/18. The embryo transfer is to be take place on 16/7/18 onward, few days(2-3 days) after the last scanning. The doctor ask me to try with another type of medicine. I said not that he mention before that Progynova 2mg is the best medicine for 子宫内膜 to turn thick? He said yes, but it would turn thicker with this additional medicine which is known as Cialis 20mg which is quite expensive. I said ok. He then ask me to buy a 'knife' to cut the tablets which is of triangle shape at the pharmacy. He said cut it into half first then another half, which makes the tablets turns into 1/4 size. I need to insert the tablets into the vagina every night, which is of 8 times altogether. I request the doctor to write down for me on the 'new' instructions. The medicine fee of RM150 of Cialis 20mg and (RM30-RM3)x3 boxes of Progynova 2mg=RM87and scanning fee of RM60, altogether RM297. I paid the money to his wife and asked her weather all the pharmacy is selling the 'knife' to cut the tablets and she said yes.

18/7/18 I received a Whats app message from Mrs. Chieng this morning. So, I am awaiting tomorrow's embryo transfer. I might go on my own due to my husband still at KL outstation and will be back on tomorrow.
19/7/18 I got my embryo transfer done at about 12noon. It is a quick process. My vagina is kind of dry, so it is a bit painful at the first place. The insertion of egg is a painless process. The doctor's wife said that the medical fee altogether is about RM980++(included), so that the 子宫内膜 grow thicker so that the percentage of success is higher, together with the injections(安胎针）given at scheduled date. This time, I can eat like normal as I did not undergo injections, except raw and chinese traditional medicine/ herbs. I shall do everything slow, especially this 1 week.

23/7/18 I almost forgot about my appointment and went there quite late. I got this injections of 1 bottle of medicine and went back. It was a painful one.
27/7/18 Since last night, I have been experiencing some pain in my lower abdomen, so I send Mrs Chieng an SMS if weather she is there for injections? I told her about my condition and too of doctor's advice last embryo transfer sessions. She said she will be there until noon and ask me to up the red staircase. I ring the door bell once I arrived, I think for 2 times before the other woman come out and open the door. I said I went there to look for Mrs Chieng for injections. She said she thought she saw me days before for embryo transfer, and I said yes. Inside, I saw a woman lying on bed and I believe that she just had her eggs taken out with the 麻醉针 thing on her left hand. I had my injections in the room next to embryo transfer room. It cost RM35, where I pay her RM40 with RM5 of change in return where she get it from the other room inside. I went back after and still experiencing a little bit of pain. So I called the doctor up and he asked weather if I suffer from bleeding and I said no. He then said it's ok and asked if I got the injection at Sibu and I said not. I ask if I need to continue on with further injections and he said no need and if necessary he will ask his wife to tell me.
5/8/18 At 6am, I could no longer sleep. For the past 2 time of fertility treatment, especially after embryo transfer, I experienced great pressure as I suffers very often in hearing loud and noisy voices in head due to Schizophrenia. I have not been taking medicine for 3 months before fertility treatment starts for fearing that elevating prolactin can cause infertile and difficulties to get pregnant as patient don't even have menses during that period. I might consider to resume with Schizophrenia medication again if I got pregnant, maybe after 1st trimester and of course under doctor's advice.
I took my pregnancy test with peeping on the result because this is not a 'natural conceiving' process. It happens that the result turns negative again this time. This is the 2nd time of my embryo transfer and by using frozen eggs.
I went back to sleep after taking the test and decided to notify the center for the result and advice.
I make a call to Mrs Chieng right after. She said that I need to wait for my menses to ends before scanning, and yes the menses will come in a week time. For medication thing, I can continue with the medications until 7/8/18, Tuesday for the 2nd pregnancy test to take place. If it turns out to be a confirmed negative pregnancy test result, then I shall discontinued the medicines. By 7/8/18, this shows that my 1st ICSI fertility treatment was not successful and has come to and end if the pregnancy test result stills shows a negative sign.
I asked her if I want to make a 2nd trial of fertility treatment, when can it take place? She says since I had not been undergoing injections for 4 months, then the treatment can be started immediately. This means that me and my husband shall repeat the steps just like the one starting 12/12/17 last year with treatment process that comes in injections steps, waiting for my eggs to get matured, taking out the eggs and proceed with further ICSI fertility treatment and so on. I told my husband about this and shall get the money prepared for the 2nd attempt of ICSI fertility treatment and next upcoming embryo transfer.

10/8/18 My menses came in the afternoon and took place in the bathroom. On 15/8/18, my period ends.
16/8/18 I went to see the doctor for scanning. He said that my 子宫内膜可能是天生的薄。Regarding this 1st attempt failure, he said that he will try his best. At the screen, he told me someone 中了，meaning someone has succeeded in getting pregnant. If my 子宫内膜薄, but eggs are of very good quality, then the higher the chances to get pregnant. He too told me of other cheaper option, which is ovulation, then inject the best sperm inside. But he said that the chances of success is very low. My dosage of medicine is high, which is of 8 bottles. For those who are of the many eggs, only 2 bottle is enough. He mention that the whole ICSI process can be repeated within 1 month time, waiting for the recovery of 子宫内膜。I told him that I need to inform my husband first. This mean that I need to go back there in 1 month time.
