My mum got this receipy from a teacher, her teaching colleague in primary school years ago.
First, cut up a pineapple. Marinate the fish with a pinch of salt and 酸吉汁2粒。 Heat up the frying pan with appropriate amount of oil. Add in garlic, shallots, ginger, pineapple, cili padi and kicap cair. Add some sugar if you like. Put on top of the fish and steam for 15 minutes.
