Got this receipy from a receipy book Nyonya Desserts &Snacks by Ricky Ng.
5 eggs
250g castor sugar
250ml thick coconut milk
3 pieces of pandan leaves
1. Blend the pandan leaves with some water. Strain the juice.
2. Whisk eggs and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add in both coconut milk &pandan leaves juices. Strain the mixture.
3. Double boil the ingredient for about 20 minutes. Stir occassionally with a whisk.
4. Cool it before store in glass or container.
