Prepare one bitter guard, minced
pork with a bit of fat pork(add in fried garlic, red onions, ketchup,
pepper, egg&salt). First, fried the bitter guard with hot oil and
add in some water. After it turned kind of soft, add in the meat into
the bitter guard. Steamed for more than 30 minutes until it is fully
cooked.
