- Marinate the chicken with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce& pepper.
- Heat up the frying pan with oil. Add in garlic &ginger &mushroom and stir fry. Add in the marinated chicken. Add in water and bring to boil for a few minutes until the chicken is cooked.
