Get ready the blender, soak 500g washed 黄豆 until it turns soft for about 4-5 hours, and a cloth bag (made by my mum).
Pour the blended 黄豆 into the bag within a pot. Add in cold and hot water. (p/s not too hot as you will need to squeeze it hard with both hands).
Squeeze out the soy bean milk. Add in 5-6 tablespoon of sugar and bring to boil for 5 minutes.
Ready to serve either hot or cold.
Home made soy bean is full of protein, good for pregnant woman and can be consumed daily or weekly. I personally suggest that you make 500g weekly if you like and consumed within 3days.
Black soy bean is the same of making process, please soak the beans overnight or approximately long hours!!!!
