Bird nest with rock sugar

1. Soak 2 pieces of bird nest in water for 1 hour.
2. Put in rock sugar and water by adding the 2 pieces soaked bird nest. I add only a bowl full of water. You can add 2 bowls if you want.
3. Steam for 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours.
