- Heat wok with an appropriate amount of oil.
- Add in rinsed and washed dried prawns.
- Fried the dried prawns in the oil.
- Remove from wok. Keep aside.
- Add in brinjil into the hot oil.
- While you stir fry, add in some water and stir fry it again. If it dries up, repeat the same process again.
- You can add garlic and belacan too if you want in the middle of cooking with some cooking oil.
- Cook until the brinjil turn soft and fully cooked.
- Placed the fried dried prawns on top.
