- Soak dried chillies in hot water for 20 minutes and remove seeds (remember to wear gloves).
- Bring to boil pig stomach for an hour until soft.
- Remove from pot and cut into small pieces.
- Heat wok with oil.
- Add in garlic and red onions.
- Add in pig stomach and dried chillies.
- Add in dark soy sauce, salt, light soy sauce, pepper and bit of water.
- Cook for a while.
- Ready to serve.
