- Rinse prawns with cold water.
- This is near to small prawns, so fry with shell because if the shells are removed, the meat shrunk into smaller pieces which won't be nice to eat. The shell gives the prawns a smell of seafood aroma.
- First, heat the medium-mini frying wok with oil.
- Add in garlic and fry until light brown, add in sliced ginger.
- Put in the prawns and cooks until the prawns turn pink. (Do not cook for too long for the meat hardens and it won't taste good)
- Ready to serve.
