- Washed 3 pieces of chicken wings. Chop each pieces into 3 parts.
- Add in Kentucky powder and a whole egg, mix it with hands.
- Heat the wok with oil.
- Fry the wing parts one by one until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Place onto a kitchen towel or tissue placed plate for the excess oil to be removed.
- Transfer the chicken into another plate, or simply just remove the kitchen towel or tissue from the plate.
- Fry the sliced ginger and garlic, put on top.
- Add in 1 chopped small tomato for garnishing.
The same goes to drumstick.
