- Wash lek tau suan in water and rinse for a few times.
- Steam for 5 minutes.
- Bring to boil a pot of water, tie 3 pieces of pandan leaves with a knot and add in the water.
- Add in the lek tau suan.
- Cook until it is soft.
- Serve with 油炸 kueh bought from outside shop.
