Cabutan dari Daftar Kelahiran &My Kid

My daughter's (EMILY SIAW YUN XIN) Cabutan dari daftar Kelahiran and My Kid card was applied by her father. I keep the birth certificate with me right after application while my husband keep My Kid in his wallet. Now, these document are kept by me at my daughter's document file. I should have ask my husband to put the address of my mother's house address, whereby my daughter has been staying with me at my mother's Muara Tabuan home all the time before we move in to our new home in 2015.

The correct and true address is supposed to be: 30H, Lot 487, Lorong Muara Tabuan 2A4A, Muara Tabuan, 93350 Kuching, Sarawak.

I did not plan to change the address on the card due to several reason, like it has been newly applied 3 years ago or although changing address process is easy now but it might still seems troublesome or needless to do so to certain family. I truly hope that the address stated does not cause much inconvenience. 

Issue or conflict arise through giving false impression, making a falsehood thus creating false claims, accusation and etc should be avoided and prevented through precaution steps.

Lastly, one should not give false statement especially in government document. I regretted for this own-fault due to overstrain of having first child between me and my husband. Hope others and the government could learn to understand the difficulties we are in or might face and accept my apologies, also on behalf of my husband.
