1 packet of Agar-agar powder
1 piece of gula melaka 300g
200g Ayam brand coconut milk
1 Liter of Water
1 Egg
Salt
4 pieces of Pandan leaves
- Beat the egg.
- Boil gula melaka and pandan leaves with 1 liter of water until gula melaka dissolves. Sieve the mixture.
- Add in agar-agar powder.
- Add in coconut milk with a pinch of salt followed by adding in the egg.
- You may cover your pot at intervals.
(Don't forget to give it a stir occassionally)
- Pour the mixture into a container.
- Leave it to cool and put in a refrigerator.
