1 Carrot
1 Big shallot/onions
2-3 Long Beans
Spinach stalks or omit it!
1 stock of Knows chicken cube
2片 软骨/大骨 +排骨(if you like to have pork ribs in your plate, best to dip with soy sauce before eat)
- Boil a pot of water.
- Rinse the bones and meat with hot water until the surface turns white and cloudy water appear. Pour the water away and put the bones and meat back into the pot of boiling water. You can boil the meat or bones in another pot first until the excess cloudy water is removed before placing it back into the pot of boiling water for soup again!
- Add in all of the ingredients.
- For the last 20 minutes before 1 hour, add in chicken cube stock.
- Lastly simmer it for 15-30 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
