My mother got this receipy from her teaching colleague years ago.
1 chicken thigh
garlic &shallots
ginger
dark soy sauce
light soy sauce
salt
Sugar (optional)
- Marinate the chicken with dark &light soy sauce.
- Heat the frying pan with oil. Add in garlic, shallots, ginger, some pineapple &chicken.
- Add some sugar if you like.
- Add in water as well.
- Cook until the chicken is cooked.
