- Heat the wok with oil. Put in garlic, shallots &ginger. Add in the pork leg. Fried until it turns slight brown. Add in a big garlic of about 10 cloves.
- Put everything in a slow cooker and cook for 2-4 hours until the meat turns tender, as told by my mother's student's mum.
